I am writing to you today not about any current order or item, but to tell you about the great experience I had ordering from your store. Recently I had placed a few orders from several airsoft retailers (only due to product availability) and I must say out of the three stores: Airsoft GI, Evike, and Airsplat yours was certainly the best. When I opened the box from Airsplat it contained the items I ordered, and a pamphlet, nothing more. Next, I opened the package from Evike; it contained my items and some advertisements and a 16% off coupon, which is nice, but with their shipping it’s basically 10% off (and they don’t have any awesome reward system). Finally I opened the two packages from Airsoft GI. The first was accessories, some tactical gear and a CO2 pistol, all nicely packed along with your airsoft 101 pamphlets (something nice to have). Then I opened the second box, which was the Magpul Masada ACR that was on backorder. The first thing I saw when I opened the box was the Airsoft GI Victory poster, which was a great surprise to find. The second thing I noticed was the sheet that showed the gun’s chrono ( I don’t own one so it is helpful to know) and that it passed your tech’s inspection. It’s really great to know that you guys check the guns before sending them out to ensure quality, and unlike some people I don’t care if the gun was touched by someone as long as I know it works right. So there you are, my impressions of 3 top airsoft retailers and who is the best. Airsoft GI is my #1 choice for airsoft shopping, and I only use other retailers for items your store doesn’t carry, although I would love to do all my business with Airsoft GI. Thank you for everything you have done and for all the great services you continue to provide.

First off, I really like your website. I've bought from you multiple times and have no problems. Probably the thing that I like the most about the website is the layout. It's very organized, and makes it very easy to navigate. The categories on the left side of the screen make are well done, and make it very easy to find the the product category I'm looking for, which is very important to me. If a site is hard to navigate, I will not shop there because the inconvenience is not worth it.

Hi there ASGI! I'm pretty new to airsoft and i am still catchinh up with the rest of the airsoft community. Your website has made it very easy for me to get a hold of the basics as well as some other more advanced stuff. I love your youtube videos the most as they seem more personal rather than just reading product descriptions and reviews which are the same in any other website. Videos such as "what type of AEG to buy "and accompanying accesories really make a world of difference for a novice aisofter who has no clue what to do first. I'm not surprised why so many people leave positive feedbacks as they are reflections of the hard work that the staff and crew of ASGI put into the website, products and services. The only downside i see is not being a resident of california or not being within driving distance and shake your hands for your efforts. Keep up the good work! ASGI is the standard in my honest opinion. PS: your daily Shockers are just fantastic!

Thank you for having the best customer service in the realm of airsoft. Aside from outstanding service and satisfaction from every purchase, I thoroughly enjoy wasting hours (no exaggeration) perusing the site and videos. I love just reading gun reviews and specs, and being able to easily search and find *anything* that I need (and some things I don't). You haven't just surpassed the bar set by other airsoft sites; you have pistol whipped them and climbed to the top of a watch tower to set your own bar. Continue to be awesome.

I just wanted to thank all of you at GI for another very quick turnaround. Within one day you guys got all my stuff packed and shipped, and unlike other sites, you actually had the products in stock that we listed as "in stock". You guys are fast, and, most importantly, pleasant to work with and to the point. I will certainly be continuing my business with you, and will absolutely recommend you to my friends (not that they don't all shop with you already). This is not my first time shopping on your site, and I am just as happy with your service as I have been all along.

First off, a huge word of thanks. I'd been playing airsoft for a bit of time before I finally learned about you guys - you can't imagine how regretful I was when I did and how much money got wasted elsewhere, especially since I'm from the area the walk-in store is based in. You guys have such a huge catalog of guns and gear that it makes my head swim - I've spent more hours reading through the reviews and gear descriptions than I have watching movies; for someone who's an Animation major in college, this is a bad thing.

I'm an especially big fan of the Top Options category that you guys have added in to the website as of late. It is a little sad to know that the gun in particular that I wanted was out of stock, but at least you guys acknowledge that it's so popular and give us buyers a comparable alternative to it. That really shows me the dedication you guys have to customer service and how you want to better help the rest of us players who couldn't get the gun we wanted.
