Hey you guys, I just wanted to thank you so much.
I placed an order about a week ago, and i sent you guys an email asking if it would arrive in time for a game. you guys set it as a priority order which i really appreciated (as i type this, my gun, which arrived today is charging for the game which is tomorrow) Also, the quality of the gun was amazing. and I really appreciate your checking the gun before shipping. Hello, I just had conversations with your phone reps, Tyler and Tim, and I wanted to tell you how very helpful that they both have been. My son is new to airsoft so we recently have been buying things from your website. We had a problem with a battery that we received, my son was a little bummed out thinking that it was his gun. These 2 guys are the best; they are very helpful, polite, and they did a great job for us. I just wanted to write this letter to inform you to keep up the good work. I'am new to AIRSOFT and a friend directed me to your site to start me in the sport. I purchased a gift package(Vector Arms Full Metal MK5A5 Gift Package ONLINE ONLY) a few days ago and let me tell you, the transaction went great. I placed the order on line then had to call you guys to verify transaction and the operator that had answered the phone was very professional and helpful. That half went great and I thank you.
You guys kept me up to date with e-mails that I loved. A second interaction with you was one of the items was on back order and I called in with a few questions and the operator that had picked up the phone that time was extremely helpful and offered plenty of advice. I wish I could remember their names to show them due credit.
The package arrived yesterday and evrything was in order and works great.
I want to thank you all and keep up the good work. I will be giving you all my buisness and push any buisness I can your way.

I just hung up the phone calling into your customer service, and I will have to say, not only was your employee a very knowledgable he was polite and helpful. I will deffinently make all my orders from AGI for as long as im buying online.
I spoke with a gentlemen by the name of Tyler i believe it was, and I will say he is a good employee, give AGI a good name.

I have to say buying through Airsoft GI is an absolute pleasure. I drove 2 hours to their location and had excellent customer service while there. They even modified my KWA M4 same day so that I could take it home with me that day. Two weeks later I saw the employee that sold me my gear at a game and he lent me his optics system since my battery had died on mine and then ended up switching optics with me. I have never had such a rewarding experince with a company as I have with Airsoft GI. I would highly reccommend using them whether in their retail location or online. Thanks Ross and Airsoft GI.
