Hey Airsoft GI, I got my order a week ago and I would like to thank you on another job well done. I would also like to personally thank Josh for his professional service and for prioritizing my order. I ordered a p90 about a week ago for my weekend game. Being the number one airsoft retailer in the USA, I knew that you guys would have hundreds if not thousands of orders to process during the Christmas season. When I spoke on the phone with Josh he was able to make my order arrive before my game. You guys have the best customer service I have seen in my life, way more professionally handled than Evike!

I just got off the phone with Josh. 30 minutes this guy sat on the phone, changing an order I screwed-up online by explaining characteristics of different models like he knew them cold, and ultimately helping me make a much better choice in guns by helping me more clearly understand what things were most important to *my* order.
Way to go Josh!
You educated a dad, made his son's Christmas a major score, and landed a believer that a company here really believes in customer service.

Good day gentlemen. I wanted to thank you for the very efficient and informative order process. I also want you to know that your tactical gear, mag pouches specifically, is of very good quality. I have MOLLE equipment that was issued to me as an infantryman in the Army, and I've looked at a lot of the aftermarket MOLLE equipment being sold at the post retailers, for twice as much or more, and yours is every bit as good. I have an inexpensive plate carrier and mag pouches from you for my personal gear and I was impressed enough that I have ordered more pouches for my issue LBV. So far the plate carrier is holding up to my level IV plates. I have mentioned your company several times to the guys in my unit, and when I get the new mag pouches and dump pouch I have no doubt you will get some orders since our command is allowing us some latitude in our gear. I do not have any airsoft guns at this time, but have considered getting one just for training purposes. If i do I'm certain I will be contacting you for advice on the best M4 clone for my needs.
