Ok, you guys are great! I got on the GI forums to do the usual, and I got a private message. It quoted teambutterfield(a GI forum moderator and probably a GI employee) saying that I won the Novak NeXt pistol from a free raffle on the GI forums. I was amazed at what I saw! I couldn't believe it. I have never won anything like this in a raffle, let alone a $140 pistol! I was so excited that I had to tell somebody, so I told my parents. My mom read it, read it again, and said "Yea right, its just some mean kid playing a prank on you." Comes about 7 days later, she says that they weren't lying, you got a package from Airsoft GI. I was so excited, I got home from school and opened it up right away. I must say, you guys really know how to pick out a prize! My family is in a bit of an financial downturn, so this really made a probably weak Christmas a real special one!!! Thanks again GI, keep up the great work and customer service! You can assure that you are the only airsoft retailer I will be buying from!

Hello airsoftgi! I saw your post on facebook about how if we the customers send you guys comments about your website, you might send us a freebie, and who doesn't like free stuff? so I will give you all my honest opinion. Your website, in my humble opinion, is one of the most organized and best looking airsoft websites out there, everything about it fantastic. Being able to sort by manufacturer, gun type, price (love being able to do that!) parts, and all that other stuff is very handy. It's also nice to just being able to go to the bottom of the page and see the new products, I love being able to keep track of the new awesome stuff you guys get. A few more thing I find fantastic about your website is all the videos timmey (tim) does, all of them are entertaining, funny, informative, and the whole safety reminder in each video is just icing on the cake. Having a page for "tim's recommendations" is also very cool, it's nice to see what products the timster either has or recommends. Your new shocker deals are another ingenious idea, I find it entertaining to check up on them everyday, just to see what huge discounts there are, and it's nice to know when it comes time to buy a new gun, I can wait for something to come up in the daily shockers. While we're on the subject of discounts, it's very nice of you guys to always have an active coupon, it gets rid of that nasty CA sales tax, hence saving me money. I saved $50 on my last order because of no tax! that's enough to buy ten 5 dollar footlongs at subway! I could keep going on forever about how cool and organized your website is, but it would just be a HUGE wall of text, and I know you people at airsoftgi are to busy providing outstanding customer service (yes, I am sucking up) to read a huge wall of text. Thanks for being the best airsoft store out there.

My favorite feature that keeps me coming back to the Airsoft GI website is the "Latest Additions" section of the main page. I check it daily as it changes so often that I like to keep up on new products to drool over. Also liking the new "Shocker Deals" added recently. Nice to keep an eye on things I might be able to get cheap. The website is one of the most polished airsoft websites here in the US. Many features, videos, and info. Enough to keep me coming back. Keep up the good job!

Your in-store/customer rep over the phone are super helpful and provide the fullest information for any questions asked.

As a returning customer, I'm always impressed by something new on Airsoft G.I.'s website. There is always a new feature added to help the customer feel more confident in their decision to make a purchase from G.I.'s store. This includes the item's description, with a detailed overview, several angles of the item on display, with an occasional video placed at the bottom. The use of comments also helps because it gives a consumers viewpoint, rather than a sellers viewpoint. After the recent site upgrades, my most favorite feature would have to be under 'Popular Search', in which a Flash animation comes up, with the type of gun, with a picture accentuating it. Using the site's built it search engine, it helps compile a list of weapons under that category. I'm always impressed when it comes to G.I., on all aspects. From their customer service, to their site, to their build team, it's always something new and exciting. One of just many reasons why I make all my purchases from G.I.. Keep up the good work! And as you would say, "Get out and play airsoft!"

Keep up the good work with those videos Tim -Promotional codes and events Coupon codes like 10% off are always nice. -Shocker Daily Deals Please keep it up. I like it so far, but have yet to see anything I'm sold on. It also be nice if you guys could add 1 or 2 more items to the deals. -Clean easy to navigate website unlike some other.... -Airsoft gun inspection I like that you guys test the guns you're selling before you ship because other websites may charge you for that option or not test at all. These are the many reasons why I keep you guys bookmarked and always check you guys out first before I look at a different seller.

The feature I like the most is definitely the overview on the main paige. On the left side is the menue, which is comfortable to read and gives a good overview. I specially like the "Top 10" section. Another good feature is the "Shop by Price" section, I think a lot people will like this feature. A big "searchbar" always on top is good to.

I really like how GI TV is right on the home page, it updates me on all the new guns you have. I also really like how easy it is to find guns by using the menu I can easily find exactly what I want without having to search. I also really like the Tim's Recommendation.
