We just received outstanding customer service from Harrison and wanted to let you know about it. We had trouble with assembly (believe me it was us, not the gun!). He was incredibly patient and helpful. He created and posted a video for us showing the battery installation. It instantly solved our problem. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

My name is Jimmy, from Texas. I have been shopping with AirsoftGI since my guys and I started a team and been tagging in on every other event in Texas for Airsoft. Not to mention in are local area we have played many game in are local fields and builds for swat nights. But to the point... Airsoft GI has always been the go to site... For new Guns, Gear, and more. They are pretty quick at getting us are gear too.. For my team we order everything from here... I mean by myself I have done maybe $950 in a couple month with them. Great set of guys, always helped me if something went wrong... and fixed it fast! Great Team at Airsoft GI and very good at making sure my team and I are happy...
PS aye Tim and Bob... I know you two never agree on anything but since I spent $950 just cuz of you two can I atlest get a free gift or shot out on a video...lol Thanks Guys, your team is amazing and I promise you guys here in Texas my team will Show you guys love at all the meets, events, that we go too.....

I would just like to say that I am very impressed with Airsoft G.I. Your Website is very well done, G.I. TV is phenominal, entertaining and educational. I think how you do your buisiness is a step above the rest. I recently got REALLY in to AIRSOFT so I have seriously began searching site after site after store after store in search of inspiration. No complaints about your pricing since I can tell the quality and pricing go hand in hand. I just havn't purchased yet since I am a newley married man trying to get everything together. Just wanted to let you guys(and possibly some gals) know that once I get my life in order Airsoft G.I is the place I am going......well..... your webiste :D. Thank you for being you and showing me that there are other Goofballs that play this sport. Look forward to the service I will recieve from you soon.

I have come to notice that there is no email for people who are proud owners of your products so I thought I would try to reach you through this one. I have made many purchases from your website and by doing so I have brought many of my friends into the world of airsoft. One day I plan on visiting the store in person but since the army has me stationed in washington dc i can not do so. I have turned a small group of people into a amazing airsoft team. I would like to thank you every one there at ASGI for being the sole supplier for my eight man team. Each and everyone of us in the team are greatful to have your website.

I've been an airsofter for about four years. As usual for most young airsofters, i started out just with "walmart" guns. Then as i got older and more skilled, i went to ordering online. At first I didn't know the difference between certain airsoft sites. So, I used evike, thinking they were ok. I was wrong. Almost every order had a flaw in it, and i was getting angrier every order. After so long, i just felt like giving up. But after my friend and i started talking, he told me about Airsoftgi.com. Eager to see if all he said was true, i visited your website. And man was i impressed! I love how Tim reviews your products in very good detail, and how great your customer service is. I called to ask a question about a product and "Anthony" answered. He was friendly, easy to understand (unlike most places that have foreigners), and to the point. I also recently ordered the ARES M4A1. it blew me away by its performance and realism. And to top that all off, the order didn't have a single flaw in it!! So, thank you Airsoftgi for all of your support and time.

The reason I am sending this email to the sales section is because I received an email to confirm the credit card info for an order and I though that it would take even longer to receive my shipment. I checked the date of delivery and it is exactly when i hoped it would be. Sadly I don't remember the name of the employee who helped me but thank you, and the rest of the GI sales staff. I have never had one complaint. Every order has been flawless with you guys. You guys are definitely the best air soft and milsim provider in the U.S. So thank you for the excellent customer satisfaction.
