you guys have a great site with tons of products and variety. although i have only ordered from you guys once, it was a good experience. I didn't have any problems receiving my order and everything was as described. Your site has alot of tactical gear ranging from low budget to real steel gear which is great. Although some of your prices are a bit high, the coupon codes and gift system make up for it. Overall a great site!

With a little help from customer support, I was able to successfully buy to AEG's. A Lancer Tactical M4A1 Carbine and then a G&G CM16 Raider. Both better than I expected and the customer support was absolutely fantastic. Their discounts make even the most expensive equipment affordable and ready to play. They have also suggested great alternatives such as Blacksheep MilSim, where I plan on signing up for one of their games. Airsoft GI is a perfect segway into the airsoft world for me. With all the features that they offer, you will never have any doubt about what you need to do to get into the field.

I've purchased airsoft guns, supplies, gear, and parts from almost every major retailer in the US, and Airsoft GI is my favorite retailer. Honestly, they truly care about the customer. On every order they test your gun and give you an honest and accurate fps reading of the gun (I double check with my own chronograph). This does mean it sometimes takes a little longer for your order to process but it is 100% worth it. Maybe they could have a feature on their site during checkout where you check a box if you want your gun checked or not, because some people really want their gun ASAP. Customer service is phenomenal. I feel like they truly care about me as a customer. I emailed the tech department one time with a question on installing a part that I purchased and they got back to me fast and were very kind in helping me. The prices at GI are for the most part the best in the industry with the constant coupons/sales. Now for the negatives. The sales are great, but sometimes misleading. For example, the Blowout Clearance section. Yes you are saving money on these items but no other coupon codes can be used with it, so you're not really saving much because of shipping/not being able to use 20% off. Also, the product descriptions aren't always accurate when it comes to fps readings. I know sometimes guns change and sometimes they aren't always consistent but I'd rather have a range of fps that a set number that isn't true all the time. Finally, adding on to the product description, I wish there was more information. Such as, the threading of the barrel, the inner barrel length, the weight, the total length, the rate of fire (not all guns have it). All in all, Airsoft GI is the best in the business but there are a couple things they could do to improve. I definitely recommend buying from them.

first of all airsoftgi is the best. they are great with customer service. unlike the other sites. they always have great deals good prices on clearances on gun. it helps allot when you buy your first gun. its hard choosing the right gun for you but in end you get suggested the perfect gun for you. they come with great attachments with every gun. well, to me airsoftgi is the best for me and hopefully other people think the same.

My experience with Airsoft GI has been a pretty good one. When I first started airsoft I had a 200$ budget I went on the sight picked out a gun some safety goggles and a shemagh well that maxed out my budget I then realized they had a 20% off coupon code so I literally got my whole loadout. Later in the year I won one of their facebook giveaways and they treat their giveaways like real orders they shipped it out within 2 days and I received it in a few more. My only complaint is Airsoft GI makes claims about false giveaways that never happen but they don't owe us anything so honestly that doesn't even maker

I have ye to have a bad experience with these guys. All my orders have come on time and in good condition.There is almost always a discount so you never really have to pay full price. 10 out of 10 times Airsoft GI will be the best dealer. With such a massive growing market, Airsoft GI always seems to come out on top. Always check there You Tube channels. Best guns, best quality, best price, best company.
