Very knowledgeable staff at the store, most if not all are / were airsoft players so they know their stuff. They may be quick busy in the weekends so if you like instant service try them on weekdays. What I like most about them is their large selection of custom airsoft guns which you can't find anywhere else and and they are built right here in the USA with high quality parts.

Honestly, Airsoft GI is THE best airsoft store I know of. Compared to many other stores they have the best deals by faaaaar. Their customer service is great and the staff is super friendly. I live near the Walnut store and its amazing. I've bought my gun, my gear, and every other airsoft necessity from them. To get an awesome deal though, wait for a 20% coupon or 20% off sales. They are the most worth it. The quality of their products is excellent as well. Unlike some other stores who might sell fake brands or other cheaper products, GI only sells the upper class products... and at a fair price too. So go to GI if you want to get great gear or guns for a great price, with great service. (They also host awesome events and if you can, try going to one of their sales... They're the best!)

I have ordered various items from Airsoft GI from both online and in store and I have never had any problems. When I visited Airsoft GI, the staff was knowledgeable and helped me with my purchases of my Echo 1 USA Red Star AKM and I have not been disappointed. I also purchased the Lancer Tactical AK chest rig and AK mags from ASGI and they arrived in 3 days. The packaging kept everything nice and they even give you airsoft 101 pamphlets which is helpful if you are new to the sport. So all in all if you are gonna do your airsoft shopping you cannot go wrong with Airsoft GI.

I buy most of my airsofting supplies from Airsoft Gi because they have phenomenal prices and good service. I would suggest Airsoft Gi to anyone who is new to the sport and want's good quality gear to shop here. The only thing I don't like but is understandable is the price to go to a TvB game is around $60 which in my opinion is expensive. However with the amount of discounts and free gifts they do it is a justifiable price.

Even though I am relatively new to Airsoft, Airsoft GI really inspired me to be a better sportsman and to honestly call my hits. I love the Airsoft community, and with GITV, it makes the community stronger. The guns and gear that I have bought have been exquisite, and at a relatively low price! I love Airsoft Gi and will always, always buy my airsoft (and other gear) from their website! Thank you so much Airsoft GI!

I would give ASGI a 4.5 if i could only because no company is perfect but airsoftgi comes pretty close. Their customer service is superior to every other airsoft company I have dealt with. When I needed help fixing my sniper one of the techs on the phone talked me through what could be wrong and helped me determine the source of the problem. Their prices are competitive and even though you might be able to get a slightly better deal somewhere else, I only order from AirsoftGi because although I have yet to receive a bad product, their customer service is so awesome I am not worried with having to be stuck with a faulty product. Parting advice, don't forget AirsoftGi sells a wide range of products, both in quality and quantity, make sure you check reviews on the products before you purchase.
