I have ordered over 2000 dollars worth of Airsoft weapons from Airsoft GI for work, a few times, their customer service department is great in assisting my purchasing officer who has no experience in airsoft not only get quality airsoft weapons but also any issues with warranties and or the shipping it self. I use them personally for my private purchases all the time and highly recommend them. Top notch Airsoft Business that knows their business.

My first visit to Airsoft Gi, I was 17 and I could not buy anything, two weeks (turned 18) later I drove right back down there and had one of the best experiences of my Airsoft buying experience. I walked in and was greeted by a guy named Tyler. I had a list bigger than most. Had everything from guns to bb's to gas and gear. I spent 800 dollars and saved at least 200. I got everything I wanted and even received some extra gifts from the system. I have never shopped anywhere else, because of one of the best first experiences. The support on the phone is one of the best. There have been days where I have called 20 times because I am building a custom gun and I needed help. This is why Airsoft Gi is the best in the business. I would highly recommend Airsoft Gi. Every dollar of the 2k spent was worth it!

Airsoft GI is a great place to buy all your airsoft needs. The equipment, guns, magazines etc. are very well priced, as-well as the great coupons and discounts they offer. What I didn't like was that I couldn't ship a gun directly to Italy (where I live). What I had to do was ship it to my grandmother in New York who then had to ship it to me, costing all of us a fortune. Other from that experience, the customer service was very professional and helpful while the site had an abundant choice of everything. I would definitely recommend this site to friends and other people, giving it a 4/5.

I have been shopping with ASGI for several years now and I still have no complaints. Everything I have ever ordered has arrived on time or sooner, in great working condition. Customer service has been helpful and mostly prompt and I even got a response from a manager when inquiry was misplaced once. Overall I have done probably 99% of my airsoft shopping with ASGI and I will continue for many years to come! Thanks, Happy Customer

Airsoft Gi is a great retailer! I live in Virginia and just recently visited GI Tactical on my way down to Old Dominion University. The store is incredible and the employs were very helpful. I bought some stuff for my LM4, which was won in an airsoft gi mystery box by one of my friends who I traded my G4 diablo for. Every gun I have ever owned was purchased from airsoft gi and I have never had any issues with them. Bob and Tim make great videos and I love watching the live streams. All in all Airsoft Gi is my favorite airsoft retailer!

I've ordered from both Airsoft GI, Evike, and Airsoft Megastore through their online stores, and while Airsoft GI usually had higher prices, the combination of coupon code, free shipping, and now free gifts still made it hard to beat. Airsoft GI has amazing customer service, and fast shipping. Promotions are always happening and they benefit the airsoft community all over the USA. Airsoft GI has also done one thing most of the big retailers haven't, and that is open up a second location with more in the future. Hopefully they'll choose TX for their third location, but then i'd have no money to spend!

My experience with this company has always been positive. The products that they carry are well made. The events that they put on are fun and entertaining. The prices are competitive and their sales staff is knowledgeable. Airsoft GI is the place to go if you want to learn about the things you're buying from a player's point of view. These guys are airsoft players and they know what the new or experienced player needs.
