The Condor Outdoor AK Molle Pouch holds up to four AK magazines or six M4/M16 magazines. Great pouch. I use it for STANAG *M16* mags. Fits 6. I don't have magpuls on the mags and I assume three would be hard to fit if they had magpuls on them. That being said. I run an M27 IAR as a support gunner. As many people know the VFC 416 magwell does not play well with "fat mags" or many if any drum mags. At least my M27 doesn't. I carry a load and a half of hicaps to fulfill my support gunner mission. These pouches maximize my chest rig real estate. Love em.
Bonus. These are amazing for madbull XM204 shells. These shells can be large and some of the conventional shell holders don't securely hold these longer shells. I can imagine I will be using these shells to carry my TAGG launcher shells as they are even longer than the XM204s. These pouches can hold three long 40mm shells each. Again, making them a better use a real estate on your rig than a normal shell pouch. As I said before. If you start using special projectile shells like the various TAGG rounds, you might want to use these pouches as your shell holders. Keep em safe and easy to access.
Bonus Bonus. Also perfect for Thunder B and other grandes. Though standard M4 pouches will do that job just as well.
Versatile and all mine secure very well with their snaps. These things are worth their weight in gold.
Long and large. Best used with a full plate carrier. If you run a battle belt you'll have a lot of pouch hanging below your gear line.
