The GI name has been around for quite a while, and in that time we've earned our reputation of having the most knowledgeable and skilled techs in the industry. This rifle is a testament to their abilities and skills as technicians.

If you want the best, you're gonna need the best parts, that includes base rifles, which is why we chose the BCM MCMR 11.5" AEG. The outer body is comprised of durable metal and being officially licensed, BCM trademarks can be found throughout the build. Its MLOK rail system is one of the cleanest on the market and can be fitted with a variety of accessories at the users discretion. The Mod1 sopmod stock houses the battery and has more than enough space for standard sticks. Internally is where things get spicy. Once the new tuned Gate Nova trigger is pulled, all bets are off. The new High Torque motor kicks things off incredibly quickly, with a new set of near indestructible gears from Siegetek to boot. When used with an 11.1v lipo battery, this rifle clocks in at an impressive 33-36 rounds per second! With that kind of speed, most gearboxes would either strip its gears or shred the piston. Thankfully our techs have also swapped the piston for one with a full metal rack. To give the shooter even more customization options in regards to how the rifle operates, we've installed a Gate Titan, one of if not thee most sought after mosfet on the airsoft market. Pre-cocking, active braking, alternative fire modes, and trigger sensitivity; all variables that can be modified once plugged into either a laptop or desktop. Our Typhoon outperforms the competition in terms of range and accuracy as well, thanks to the new MAXX hop-up chamber and Unicorn Airsoft Tightbore inner barrel and bucking. This new barrel and bucking combo yield the performance on par with the most most premium R-Hoped set-ups.

And while all these new components make for a good rifle, the difference between other premium customs and our Typhoon is that our techs love and care for the craft, and refuse to release sub-par quality. This is why we've corrected the AOE, shimmed and lubed the gears, adjusted the o-rings, flared the cylinder head stem, and adjusted the air nozzle for a better air seal, all for the absolute maximum performance possible. In terms of which BB's to use for this custom, it's constructed with Elite Force .32 gram in mind, however most brands and weights should be compatible. As far as magazine compatibility this rifle takes most TM style magazines, however for the best feeding experience we STRONGLY recommend using the PTS EPM line of mags, the same as the one we've included with the rifle.
