They are a down to earth company whom review much of their merchandise. Great selections for all price ranges, and have great customer service. Plus they give out free stuff here and there, and what's not to like about that?

I love Airsoft Gi. Whether it is shopping around, or having to return an item, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. On the site, it has a Q&A page on every item, so you can have a good idea of what you are getting. On top of that, they have a live, real time communication with someone online. The return policy is simple and easy to use. They got the item back, and it took a fraction of the time they estimated it would take. They said 2-3 weeks and it took 3 days. I don't use any other airsoft store, just to support Airsoft Gi, even if they aren't cheaper. Which in my case, 99% of the time they are cheaper.
