Items purchased are for my grandson. I had a good list of his requests but I found the web site more difficult than most and set-up of a new account very frustrating. He has enjoyed all your products and I know he will these, it was just a long process. I do a lot on the web and this process just threw me. But all said it's not a big negative so thanks for letting me have my little 'vent'.
