Trying to get back into the sport after almost 10 years of not playing, staff was super helpful. Duncan helped me out with everything I needed and answered all my questions. He had to ask Toby and Dave about specifics about my 10 year old gun that they were able to answer instantly. Staff was super friendly and helpful, see more below.

While I was there another customer came in to have their gun repaired. Fish fired it twice and instantly knew what the problem was and then fixed it right there on the counter. Customer ended up going with some type of upgrade to their gun anyway. There was also a family in there and one of the kids commented on the Galac-Tac suit they had on display, how it looked like Boba Fett. They told him that is because it was modeled after Boba Fett and offered to let him try the suit on. That was super cool and probably made that kid's day. Even as an adult I wanted to try the thing on.

Because of all of this I will be a lifelong customer as long as they're in business. Their prices are right there with online retailers, I came in to scope some stuff out and just buy batteries, then buy everything else online. Supporting a GREAT local business is something I'm happy to do.

Yes, some of the staff may seem a tiny bit arrogant. I use to work in a similar style shop in a different industry, it's not arrogance they're displaying, it's confidence. They know their stuff inside and out. Yes, I had to wait a bit to get checked out, but it is because they were so busy. They take the time to make sure everyone is taken care of, so there's no possible way I can complain about waiting in line, watching every person who walks in the door get such phenomenal service.

Great they are very helpful and they always welcome you with a greeting and a smile and want to give you the best experience for airsofting I live an hour away and it is worth it driving an hour to go see my friends and they help me get want I want and need

I visited the store after not playing airsoft for close to 15 years and the staff / store / inventory couldn't have been better. They treated my "noobie" questions with care and helped me put together my gun and gear with pleasure. The staff are knowledgeable about the items in the shop.
