I'm new to airsoft, and the workers were really nice they gave me a $10 discount on our first trip to there field D14 because I was new. He also gave me useful tips for when I play airsoft as well as telling me cheap and effective gear, I don't live in the area I was visiting family but I will be sure to come down and play also to buy equipment. I would rate my visit a 10/10

I love it there, great staff, great inventory and one time they didn't have what I needed Dave (Manager) asked if I needed the mag soon he could have it sent to my house, or if I could wait he would put it on their next inventory shipment. I opted for the 2nd option. Dont bother with the "Bad" reviews a 1 star for not being able to use the bathroom? there is a Walmart a stone toss away from the front door. These guys are awesome if you haven't been I recommend it fully.

Always an amazing experience with the staff here at GI Tactical. Dave, Fish, and Mason are always willing to answer and address any concerns or questions. Super knowledgeable, polite, and they create such a fun and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. From the most experienced to the beginner novice they acomadate and insure all clients are treated with an exceptional customer service experience. GI Tectical is the ONLY place I would personally recommend in North Texas to satisfy any and all of your Airsoft and Tactical needs. All the complains I've seen are probably about "Fish" he just hangs out. Had to wait for someone else to free up to finally get help. Other than that my experience was great. Everyone that works there seems happy to help (except Fish), and are very knowledgeable. Best airsoft shop I've been to (except for Fish, wouldn't shut up about himself and his gear).
