Valken V-TAC Echo Airsoft Goggles (Gray)
[B02D01 / ST03][13215 / 47552]Description:
The Echo is one of the latest eye protection goggles from Valken. The goggles are designed in a way to provide full seal protection to protect any projectile from entering the sides. The indirect vented foam carriage provides maximum dust protection, as well as a sufficient airflow outlet for heat. This is great for reducing the chances of fogging up while out on the field. On top of that, the inner foam is smooth and much more comforting to wear than other low profile goggles. With the detachable back strap, these goggles can be used daily as normal sunglasses. The dual pane lens contains an Anti-Fog coating and meets the ANSI/ISEA Z87.1 Standards, MCEP GI-PD 10-12 Ballistic Standards, and CAN CSA Z94.3-07 Standards for the utmost amount of protection and safety. The overall structure of the goggles is designed to be sporty and lightweight while eliminating the bulkiness of most goggles on the market.

They don't fog quite as bad as other lo-pro goggles but they do still fog.
Pros:
Low profile.
Comfortable .
Look cool.
Cons:
They do still fog a little.
A bit on the flimsy side.
So I'll be completely honest in saying that I purchased these goggles out of complete ignorance to the fact that I knew there was a chance they could fog up. They are actually pretty cool looking and are comfortable to wear. They are not really over-sized either but they protect all of the area around the eye so there is really no way a bb could hit near your eye without hitting these. I would also like to mention that the only time I have used these goggles was at a game where it was raining all day and it was quite humid, which also increased the chances for fogging. I found that removing the strap and wearing them as glasses instead does not create as much of a seal around the face for the eye wear to fog. Save the money and invest in some better goggles or mesh eye pro for no fogging.
Pros:
Looks cool
Tinted
Comfortable to wear
Comes with a strap that is removable
The inside of the goggles are also padded
Cons:
They feel sort of cheap so don't go beating them to death, you get what you pay for.
Fog a little but to reduce just take off the strap and bring a cloth to wipe them with.
I was really surprised at how much I liked these goggles, compared to the crappy generic brand glasses these are some of the best and most comfortable goggles I've ever had. They also do great credit to the build of the goggles for such a great price. I am surprised but very pleased.
Pros:
Great fit
Safety retention works well
Comfortable
Looks west with a mask
Cons:
Safety retention can accidentally come off if don't secure just right

Are they tinted?
Are they tinted? If so does it affect the visablity or are the clear ones easier to see with?

Staff Answer:
Yes. They're tinted like sunglasses are. It really depends on whether or not you like sunglasses and find them easier to see with. 2183 days ago 0
