Sig Sauer has hit the airsoft market with their high-end Sig Air ProForce airsoft series for professional training. This airsoft gun is designed as a replica of their centerfire counterpart's appearance, balance, and handling characteristics. The ProForce line is engineered with the high standards set for precision, accuracy, and reliability.

Toward the end of of the year 2018, Sig Sauer had announced their Sig Air ProForce P229 airsoft pistol that had been acquired by the United States Coast Guard for training. "The SIG AIR Pro Force P229 airsoft pistol gives the U.S. Coast Guard's Cadets and Guardsmen the ability to practice gun handling, conduct target practice in various environments, and train in realistic force on force scenarios with a pistol that has the same look and feel of their issued P229 sidearm" said Joe Huston, Vice President and General Manager, SIG AIR.

This full size model features a metal slide and frame to replicate the balance and handling as the real firearm counterpart. The frame has a molded one piece ergonomic polymer grip for adequate weapon manipulation. Additionally, there is an integrated picatinny accessory rail for a flashlight or laser. This is great for equipping the accessory deem fit for your mission objective. The white dotted sight does a sufficient job in keeping your eyes on the target while you are playing or training. When you take a shot, the slide kicks with its realistic full blowback action that is powered with the green gas magazine.
