Cancellations Within 90 Days

If you wish to cancel your pre-order within 90 days of the original purchase date, you are eligible for a full refund to your original form of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

Cancellations After 90 Days

If your pre-order has not been delivered and more than 90 days have passed since the original purchase date:

• Store Credit Only: Refunds can no longer be issued to the original payment method.
• 3% Loyalty Bonus: Your refund will be issued as Store Credit plus an additional 3% bonus based on the item’s value.

Example: A cancelled $200 pre-order after the 90-day mark would result in $206.00 in store credit applied to your AirsoftGI account.
