The Gen4 series is an improvement over the gen3 in almost every way, taking the guns we all know and love, and adding even more features and performance to every critical area, plus a few changes to the included accessories to make them even more of an amazing value.

The gearbox has been even further upgraded with the inclusion of the revered Gate ASTER ETU! Offering plenty of programmable options right out the gate, the ASTER is one of the most used and trusted ETUs on the market! A metal tooth piston and 18:1 gears serve as the beating heart of this gearbox, spun by a 19k Motor. The spring guide is quick change, allowing you to swap between the M120 installed from the factory, or a low power option. Every gun is wired to a deans plug as well for maximum power transmission to the motor, and higher reliability. Another key difference between the Aster variant and it's original Nebula II sibling is it's hop-up chamber: only the ASTER variants come equipped with a CNC Hop-up chamber for greater durability!

WARNING:
The "Active Brake" default setting in the GATE Aster II Mosfet is set to "Manual (PWM), PWM: 100%". By keeping the "Active Brake" at this setting, you may experience excessive heat from the motor.

You can adjust these settings by downloading the free "GATE GCS APP" to your Apple or Android device. Once you connect your AEG to the GCS APP via Bluetooth, you can access all electronic functions and adjust the "Active Brake" setting by following the steps below:

1. Select your device in the "GCS APP".
2. Select the "General" category.
3. Scroll down and select the "Active Brake" category.
4. Adjust the "Active Brake" setting to meet your desired needs.
5. Once the settings are adjusted, select "Save" in the bottom right corner of the screen to apply and store your changes.

NOTE: The "Adaptive" setting will automatically adjust motor braking power as needed. However, you can fine-tune the "Active Brake" performance by adjusting the "PWM" percentage. Keep in mind that higher "PWM" settings may cause excessive heat from the motor.
