King Arms Full Metal Blow Back SIG 556 Holo AEG Airsoft Rifle[05037 / KA-AG-24]
New to airsoft? Here are some safety tips for airsoft guns that we recommend following.
The King Arms Full Metal Blow Back SIG 556 Holo is the first official licensed blowback SIG available. The action is crisp and the noise is a clearly audible 'clack'! This 556 features a full metal body with plastic hand guards, pistol grip, and retractable stock. Included with the gun and magazine is a King Arms Quick BB loader to make reloading easy. The flip up front and rear sights make the King Arms 556 ready for optics. Finally, given it's length and retractable stock, the 556 is ideal for both indoor CQB and outdoor field play.

King Arms did an insane job of making this. High quality throughout, and well worth the price. I have the RAS version which comes with a full metal RAS system and PEQ box along with the standard features of full metal body, adjustable stock and blow-back system which can be easily disabled with a rod they supplied.
It's internals out of the box are decent though the stock fps is a little low for my tastes being 330-350fps. Because its a SIG its a v3 gearbox (a King Arms reinforced gearbox at that) and a medium motor so it accepts upgrades accordingly. One thing of note is the air nozzle, its made of aluminum and really long, I don't think there's any replacements for it just yet which doesn't matter too much being aluminum anyways.
Full SIG trades on the left side of the receiver and the mags. The receiver trades are indented into it so they aren't going to wipe off. The magwell is also M4/M16 compatible so though they're a bit tight, M4/M16 mags fit. The mag release button is a bit out of reach and I don't have small hands but its no biggie.
The thing is super solid, no wobble anywhere EXCEPT the stock. Its quite wobbly actually. The RAS version has no room inside the foregrip for batteries, so the PEQ box is basically a must especially for anyone upgrading spring size and in need of some real battery power.
Go get one. =)
- All metal
- Full trades
- Accepts M4/M16 mags
- King Arms high quality
- Blow-back (can be disabled too)
- v3 gearbox
- Looks amazing
- Stock wobbles
- Low fps out of the box
- Limited to PEQ box for batteries (not a Con for everyone)
Now, I ordered this version, but got shipped the tan one, but I'm not here to complain about that, I plan on adding camo paint anyway.
Decent gun, but IMO, the cons outweigh the pros.
-Battery space is ok
-Blowback is cool
-Very poor FPS- mine clocked in at 290
-Magwell is VERY tight, I can only fit p-mags and probably e-mags in it. No standard M4 mag will fit (or at least the ones I have won't)
-Mag release is WAY too far up, almost unreachable, makes tactical reloads impossible
-Flip up sights are bad- the front one is ok, but the rear one is garbage. Good thing I have optics.
-Stock wiggles a lot.
-No QD sling swivels
-Not in the color I'd ordered, but that's acceptable.
Overall, an OK gun. Maybe I just got a bad egg.
