H&K VP9 TAC GBB Pistol Airsoft Pistol (Black/Dark Earth)

The H&K VP9 is the latest pistol from Heckler and Koch, patterned after their popular HK45 platform, but instead of another hammer fired pistol, H&K chose to revitalize their striker-fired pistol line with this new offering. The "VP" of "VP9" stands for "Volkspistole" or "People's pistol" in English.

Four years after Heckler and Koch released the real VP9, Elite Force, with production by VFC, released the airsoft VP9. This version is fully licensed by Heckler and Koch and is a 1:1 scale replica of the real VP9. As stated, this pistol is OEM'd by VFC with a much improved QC process through Elite Force, to make sure these pistols hold up to standard. Hold up they do, as these pistols are very solid, and are a great offering in the Elite Force Heckler and Koch line. Performance wise, this pistol performs in line with just about every other pistol Elite Force makes. It fires when you need it to, and very rarely malfunctions, and has a field legal velocity for most indoor or close quarters based fields with a chrono reading of 330FPS on a .20g BB.
Externally is where this pistol stands out from the pack. This model comes in a very clean two tone Black and Tan slide/frame coloration. The frame is, as stated above, very reminiscent to the HK45 grip, with a slightly slimmer profile, with a nearly identical grip texturing. The magazine release is the standard in H&K pistols with the ambidextrous paddle that sits just behind the trigger. The slide release sits slightly recessed into the frame, under the slide, with a paddle on the right side of the pistol as well. The take down lever sits right above the trigger and doesn't rotate with the corresponding cut-out in the slide for disassembly. On the slide, the sights are use the modern standard three white dots. There are slide serrations on the rear AND front of the slide, and at the end of the rear serrations, there are little wings that assist in racking the slide. Rounding out the nice features of the slide, on the rear plate there is a hole where a little red dot will pop up when the pistol is cocked to simulate a loaded chamber indicator, and rounding out all of the features, this two tone model includes a threaded barrel for the use of mock suppressors.
