G&G CM16 ARP9 CQB AEG Carbine Airsoft SMG Battery Charger Package (Black Orchid/Limited Edition)
[R04C00][34883 / EGC-ARP-9MM-PNB-UCM]New to airsoft? Here are some safety tips for airsoft guns that we recommend following.
If you are looking for a new unique primary then look no further, G&G has got you covered! The G&G CM16 ARP9 airsoft gun utilizes its polymer construction and compact form to make it light to carry while remaining tough through rigid conditions. Our Airsoft GI team at Texas has effectively hit targets up to 200 feet on the field at D14 with its short inner barrel! The shooting range of up to 200 feet makes it great for using outdoors while having the FPS limit to fall into no minimum engagement rules at certain fields.
Toward the rear you will notice that G&G has installed a retractable PDW style stock that can fit a 11.1v LiPo battery. On the front rests a 5" Milspec M-lok rail with areas to attach rail segments to install the accessories needed to optimize your airsoft gun to its maximum potential. Across the top section is a monolithic standard rail system that provides plenty of space for an optic and the included flip up sights. Included with the ARP9 is a crown amplifier that has an aggressive design in mind. In addition to all these great features, G&G has an installed pre-programmed MOSFET chip that is able to stop batteries such as a Li-Po from over discharging and becoming damaged. The MOSFET is also programmable to shoot from full auto to 3-round burst. G&G has also installed an electronic trigger unit that increases response and assists in preventing trigger burns or locks in rapid semi-auto firing. Pro Tip: We recommend that the magazines stay wound at all times to insure proper feeding.Specifications:

I absolutely LOVE this gun!
I purchased this gun about 4 months ago to play indoor (its size, fps, ergonomics are perfect for indoor). I have it as a back up if my primary outdoor gun is out of commission or in the shop getting fixed. I also use this is I am running my sniper kit; the gun is very lightweight and small and stays out of the way when strapped to my back.
I shot this gun stock, out of the box and it performed just as advertised. Out of the box it is snappy, loud, and aggressive.
I upgraded it (for performance reasons) in two ways: I got from ASGI the Modify Hybrid Max 6.01mm Precision Inner Barrel ( 141mm ) [$45] and the Modify Baton Ryusoku Flat Hop Up Bucking ( Soft ) [$10]. With the combo of the flathop and the tight bore this thing is on while aiming at a human-sized target at 150ft with .25g bbs (I think it could shoot up to .30g bbs well). The only other upgrade I would do is get a new motor for it; I'm not ultra convinced on the stock motor.
I honestly was impressed and I'm still impressed anytime I play with it outdoors or indoors.
I have had feeding issues with the 300rd high caps. I also bought the drum mag and that thing NEVER EVER skips a bb (buy it now).
Overall, I stinking love this gun and I am very grateful I bought it before it went out of stock! This gun is great for a wide range of uses and performs well for the price point.
Pros:
Ergonomics are great for 95% of all players (not good for very large men/women).
Great rate of fire.
Includes battery and amazing charger (great work on this charger, G&G!!!).
Very good performance (accuracy, rate of fire, grouping, ease of use, semi auto response).
Drum mag by G&G works like a dream.
Lightweight polymer makes it easy to carry all day.
Price point is INCREDIBLE.
Adjustable fire (3rnd burst / full auto) is very easy to use and reset.
M-LOK rail is easy to use.
Gun is very easy to pull apart.
Stock is very tight and stable (for a PDW).
Cons:
Battery space sucks (buy extension piece made by Matrix[?]) and its a total pain to have to fit all of the wires/fuse/battery into the stock.
Is unnecessarily loud.
Feeding/Mag issues with 300rd hicap (yes they are broken in).
Iron sights suck (my personal preference); for me, the aperture is too small especially if you're using this gun in close range situations (which is what it is made for primarily).
Only 1 sling point on rear (simply bought an m-lok QD sling mount for 9 o'clock position of front rail).
Grip is made of polymer and with gloves is very slippery.
