The Echo 1 GAT X is their newest addition to their line up of SMGs. The GAT or General Assault Tool uses a full size gearbox, unlike other AEP's, which puts it at a huge advantage in terms of upgradability. Coming standard with 8mm Steel bearings, a steel gear set, a ported piston head, and a metal base spring guide, the GAT is ready to handle high speed builds, or even higher FPS build thanks to it's standard sized gearbox.

The construction of the GAT is a steel upper receiver and a polymer lower like the real firearm, so you have the added realism and rigidity without adding a ton of unnecessary weight. The included, removable front foregrip also doubles as the battery compartment for the GAT. The included 8.4v mini battery fits nicely, but you should be able to fit buffer tube style LiPo batteries without much sweat, giving you extra trigger response and rate of fire without touching the internals.

The GAT X includes the M4 Buffer Tube and Minimalist Style Stock. This addition to the GAT has been a modification that players did to increase the ergonomics and handling of the gun. The stock gives you six positions of adjustment for your perfect length. The stock includes QD Sling Points on both the left and right side. On the upper receiver there is a picatinny rail rail just behind the front iron sight, for you to add an optic of your choice. Giving you more room to customize the GAT X to be your perfect SMG!
