I'm a huge simp for licensed guns so this was a no-brainer. While a little basic can;t really fault the gun as it's just a good ol' Gen2, it does have a ton of value like the licensing from Type-A Rifle Company and the battery & charger coming included is a nice touch.

20+ years of airsofting experience so have a bit of an idea as to what players should be looking for in guns. This is a definite pick for newer players or players looking for either a loner gun to give to friends or a base to use as a tech project. Typical gen3 internals with performance comparable to many other "budget friendly" options. Biggest advantage to this package has got to be the price. Arcturus used to have the best starter package before, but now I'd say every beginner NEEDS to look into these Lancer ones with the Type-A license.
