Javelin Airsoft Works M24 Bolt Action Sniper Airsoft Rifle - Scope Package (Black)[O05B00]
The Javelin Gun Works Full Metal M24 Spring Sniper Rifle is an awesome example of a high power, high quality, airsoft gun that won't break the bank. The stock is made from a high quality polymer that helps save weight but also provides a solid chassis for the gun. The bolt and lever are made of metal for durability over other cheaper models with plastic bits in the lever. The barrel is also made of metal to replicate the real M24's barrel. The butt stock pad is adjustable to fit with different shooter's comfort level. There are sling attachment points on the front and rear of the stock, there is also a bipod swivel near the front where you can attach a bipod for a long stable shot. The magazine holds 15 rounds and is very easy to change because it's designed to pop right out of the magazine well when released. The M24 is a widely used rifle across the United States in both military and law enforcement agencies, and now a very reasonably priced M24 is available to the world of airsoft!
Even though this is a great gun out of the box it can still be made even better with APS2 upgrade parts! Our master tech Frank has tested APS2 upgrade parts in this M24 and they perform flawlessly. If you're ready to be deadly from long range then you have to check out the Javelin Works M24.

The rifle is very solid feeling, it's pretty hefty (weight is dead on to the real steel). There are a few problems with it out of the box though. The trigger has a double action to it (it's not a crisp clean trigger pull, but it's not too big of a deal). After a few shots, the bbs (.28s) start taking a HARD wide right. They go about 70 feet, and then veer off to who knows where. Also, the hop up arm that adjusts the hop up isn't the best design. When you hop UP, after a few shots the arm will start to hop down, meaning it will take the hop off. You have to put some kind of spacer in between the space so it stays put.
The gun needs barrel vibration reducers (pad the inner barrel so it makes contact with the inside of the outer barrel) This patch helps with accuracy.Didn't get the scope package but I bought the gun off of here.
It's FULLY APS2 part compatible (apart from the inner barrel, it's a APS2 barrel, but its not the same length. The m24 is a 486mm, while most APS2 barrels are 499mm.
With a TBB, upgraded spring and cylinder/cylinder head, you could have yourself a rifle to be feared on the field.
Overall, if you want an M24, GET THIS. The upgrades are ALL APS2 so you won't have any trouble with it.
-My barrel isn't threaded (Javelin apparently decided the newer models don't need threads)
-Hop up arm needs remedy
-Inner barrel is stupidly too short for after market upgrade
