The Emerson Helmet Cover is a great way to aid in concealment and add more tactical options to your Helmet. The netted cover will help break up the shape of your helmet better than than standard helmet covers will. The helmet cover also has a cutout for the NVG shroud, allowing the user to be able to mount their tactical equipment on to their helmet. Sewn along the cover are webbing straps for weaving in local foliage. Two Velcro fastener panels are located in the rear, side, and top position allowing for name tapes, IFF, or unit patches to help bring identity to the helmet cover. I tried this product out due to the very affordable price, being only $15.60 in comparison to over $70 for the real product that it replicates.
It fit my Fast Carbon replica very well and the quality isn't bad at all for the price. If you're looking for a MC cover but don't want to spend the cash for the real product, this is an excellent choice. I'll give it a 4/5 rating due to the fact that it's very affordable for the product that you get.
Pros:
- Very affordable price
- Fits well
- Allows for better camouflage in comparison to a full tan or black helmet.
- Still allows the use of the NVG mount and ARC rail system.
- If mounted to a Carbon replica, you'll have a Ballistic look though still have venting properties.
Cons:
- The middle portion of the cover is a stretch fabric instead of a thicker and more durable material.
- The loop portions of the cover are only tan, unlike the real model which is also Multicam.

Would this fit a L/XL helmet?
I have a M/L FMA helmet but I'm going to get a different size for my head since it was too small. I also want to know if the helmet cover would fit an L/XL.
