• Airsoft GI will match any of our local competitor's advertised price for the same item.
• Competitors must be within an 80 mile radius of the Airsoft GI Walk-In Store.
• Price matching is only offered at the Airsoft GI Walk-In Store.
• Products and accessories included must be the same.

Terms of Use:

• You certify that you are over 18 years of age or the age of majority where you live, whichever is older and that you are the owner of any credit card used to purchase items on this website.
• All airsoft guns are required to have the tip (1/4 inch) of the barrel permanently colored in orange. No person may openly display or expose any imitation firearm (replica firearm), in a public place. The term "public place" means an area open to the public or exposed to public view and includes streets, sidewalks, bridges, alleys, plazas, parks, driveways, parking lots, automobiles, whether moving or not, and buildings open to the general public, including those that serve food or drink, or provide entertainment, and the doorways and entrances to buildings or dwellings and the grounds enclosing them.
• Any person who changes, alters, removes, or obliterates any coloration or markings that are required by any applicable state or federal law or regulation, for any imitation firearm (replica firearm), or device in any way that makes the imitation firearm (replica firearm) or device look more like a firearm is guilty of violating the state or federal law.
• It is not Airsoft GI's responsible to find out the local regulations on any of the products we sell. Please check with your local and state government regarding replica firearms laws before purchasing.
• All unauthorized trademarks must be permanently removed from any item(s) sold by Airsoft GI.
• Airsoft GI products are intended for use with airsoft guns only. Use of Airsoft GI products for any other purpose is not recommended by Airsoft GI.

Payment Method:

• Airsoft GI accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) and PayPal as payment.
• Airsoft GI does not accept money orders or personal checks at this time.
• All credit card orders are billed as soon as the order is placed.
• All orders paid for by PayPal E-check will require an additional 1-4 business days for the E-check to clear.
• The customer is responsible for all applicable taxes. Only California residents pay a sales tax of 9.75%.
• Any applicable coupon code/discount coupon MUST be applied to the order during checkout, absolutely no exceptions.

Shipping Policy:

• All orders require 1-4 business days to be processed for in-stock items regardless of shipping method chosen.
• It is the customer's responsibility to confirm orders with; Next Day Air shipping, 2nd Day Air shipping, Mismatched addresses(Billing different from Shipping), or Credit Card holder mismatch(Name on Card different from name of Recipient), before the item(s) ship. Please do so by calling Airsoft GI at (909) 869-0671, and have your name and order ID number ready.
• UPS does not guarantee delivery time for Ground Shipping service.
• UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays regardless of shipping method chosen.
• Any orders we receive back from UPS regarding missing or incorrect information provided by the customer will be charged again for the full cost of re-shipping the order.
• All orders containing custom made guns, or upgraded guns will require 10 business days to build/assemble before being shipped.
• Any back order item(s) that return to inventory will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer via the most economical shipping option available.
• Airsoft GI ships only to the United States (excluding U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses) and Canada.
• Airsoft GI does not ship any replica firearms, metal bodies, or BBs to Canada.
• Airsoft GI does not do will-call orders. All orders placed online will be shipped to the specified billing address. No Exceptions.

Cancellation Policy:

• If you would like to cancel an order you must do so by calling Airsoft GI at (909)869-0671 or emailing cancel@airsoftgi.com.
• Airsoft GI attempts to ship all orders as quickly as possible and as a result once the status of an orders is changed to package processing we may be unable to make changes or hold the order.
• If the package has already been delivered to UPS a 15% restocking fee will be applied, as well as additional transportation charges.

Return Policy:

• Due to the nature of the products listed on our website ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• Returns are not available unless Airsoft GI (GI Toys) has pre-authorized the return under extreme circumstances. To request a return please fill out and submit our RMA Request Form.
• A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all items authorized for return by Airsoft GI's RMA Department. Restocking fee and rate is subject to change at any time, at the discretion of Airsoft GI.
• All items returned to Airsoft GI must first receive authorization and an RMA number from Airsoft GI's RMA department. Do not ship back anything without prior authorization from Airsoft GI. Any item(s) sent back without prior authorization or the RMA number clearly written on the package will not be processed and may be refused.
• All upgrade parts are sold as is, all sales final, absolutely no exceptions.
• Custom guns and special ordered products are not returnable/refundable at all, absolutely no exceptions.
• Shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping for any item(s) is not covered, absolutely no exceptions.

Warranty Policy:

To place a warranty claim please fill out and submit our RMA Request Form. All claims must be submitted within the warranty period, no exceptions.

Please view our Airsoft 101 Guide before inquiring about warranty to insure that you are operating your airsoft gun properly and for troubleshooting tips. This will save us and you some time in correspondence and may resolve your problem.

All airsoft guns purchased from Airsoft GI, not already covered under warranty by the manufacturer, are covered under our 15 day limited warranty. Batteries and magazines are also covered by our 15 day limited warranty. Tactical gear, internal, and external upgrade parts are not covered under any warranty. The limitations and coverage of the warranty are listed below.

The customer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer directly for any warranty not provided by Airsoft GI, unless otherwise stated. Please refer to the warranty chart at the bottom of this section to determine what warranty your airsoft gun has and how to contact the manufacturer.

*As one of the largest airsoft retailers in the World; we work very closely with our suppliers and manufacturers. Each manufacture and supplier offers different types of limited factory warranties. We will try our best within our ability to assist our customers to obtain factory warranties on products with legitimate factory defects.

What is covered:

• All airsoft guns purchased from Airsoft GI, not already covered under warranty by the manufacturer, are covered by our 15 day limited warranty. Please refer to the warranty chart at the bottom of this section to determine how you airsoft gun is covered.
• Batteries and magazines are also covered under our 15 day limited warranty.
• Airsoft GI warrants all airsoft guns sold through www.airsoftgi.com and Airsoft GI's walk-in store to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage for 15 days effective from the date of delivery.
• Airsoft GI, at its option, will at no charge repair or replace all airsoft guns, magazines, and batteries that conform to its warranty. We may use functionally equivalent, reconditioned/refurbished/pre-owned or new products, accessories or parts.

What is not covered:

• Shipping Charges: Return shipping for any item(s) is not covered under any warranty, absolutely no exceptions.
• Abuse and Misuse: Defects or damage that result from: (a) improper operation, storage, misuse, or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc.) to the surface of the product resulting from misuse; (b) contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity, perspiration, sand, dirt, extreme heat, or the like; (c) use of the products for commercial purposes or subjecting the product or accessory to abnormal usage or conditions; or (d) other acts which are not the fault of Airsoft GI.
• Unauthorized Service and Maintenance: Defects or damages resulting from service, testing, adjustment, installation, maintenance, alteration, or modification in any way by someone other than Airsoft GI are excluded from coverage. This includes removal or alteration of the orange safety tip. Products that show evidence of tampering are excluded from coverage.
• Removal of Orange Safety Tip: Removal or covering of orange tip voids any and all warranty.
• Use of Bad BBs: The use of any poor quality BBs such as those sold at but not limited to; Walmart, Dick's Sporting Goods, K Mart, Big 5, etc., will completely void any gun's warranty. The aforementioned BBs should be disregarded and not used. They are of poor quality and will damage the airsoft guns we sell.
• Tactical Gear, Internal, and External Upgrade Parts: Tactical gear, internal, and external upgrade parts are not covered under any warranty.
