Order Processing and Shipping Information:

• All orders require 1-4 business days to process for in-stock items regardless of shipping method chosen.
• All credit card orders are billed as soon as the order is placed.
• All orders paid for by PayPal E-check will require an additional 1-4 business days for E-check to clear.
• If you have any special needs/requests you may make them known in the order comments or by calling Airsoft GI at (909) 869-0671. Please have your name and order ID number ready when contacting Airsoft GI.
• It is the customer's responsibility to confirm orders with; Next Day Air shipping, 2nd Day Air shipping, Mismatched addresses(Billing different from Shipping), or Credit Card holder mismatch(Name on Card different from name of Recipient), before the item(s) ship. Please do so by calling Airsoft GI at (909) 869-0671, and have your name and order ID number ready.
• UPS does not guarantee delivery time for Ground Shipping service.
• UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays regardless of shipping method chosen.
• Any orders we receive back from UPS regarding missing or incorrect information provided by the customer will be charged again for the full cost of re-shipping the order.
• The Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes. Only California residents pay a state sales tax of 9.75%.
• All orders containing custom made guns, or upgraded guns, will require 10 business days to build/assemble.
• Any applicable coupon code/discount coupon MUST be applied to the order during checkout, absolutely no exceptions.
• Airsoft GI does not ship any replica firearms, metal bodies, or BBs to Canada.
• Airsoft GI does not do will-call. All orders placed online will be shipped to the specified billing address. No Exceptions.

Product Information:

• All unauthorized trademarks must be permanently removed.
• Any person who changes, alters, removes, or obliterates any coloration or markings that are required by any applicable state or federal law or regulation, for any replica firearm or device in any way that makes the replica firearm or device look more like a real firearm is guilty of violating state or federal law.
• It is not Airsoft GI's responsible to find out the local regulations on any of the product we sell. Please check with your local and state government regarding replica firearms laws before purchasing.
• The use of any poor quality BBs such as those sold at but not limited to; Walmart, Dick's Sporting Goods, K Mart, Big 5, etc., will completely void any gun's warranty, whether explicit or implied.
• The aforementioned BBs and those provided by the manufacturer should be disregarded an not used. The BBs provided with guns are of poor quality and will damage the gun.
• Airsoft GI is not responsible for any damages incurred to airsoft guns, magazines, etc. due to use with poor quality BBs.
• Custom guns and special ordered products are not returnable/refundable at all, no exceptions.
• Airsoft GI Products are intended for use with airsoft guns only. Use of Airsoft GI product for any other purpose is not recommended by Airsoft GI

Cancellation/Return/Refund Policy:

• Due to the nature of the products listed on our website ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please refer to the warranty chart for defective items.
• Returns are not available unless Airsoft GI (GI Toys) has pre-authorized the return under extreme circumstances.
• All dead on arrival (DOA) warranty claims must be made within 48 hours of the receipt of package.
• All items returned to Airsoft GI must first receive authorization from Airsoft GI's RMA Department. Please e-mail RMA@airsoftgi.com for return requests. Please do not ship back anything without prior authorization from Airsoft GI.
• Any item(s) sent back without prior authorization or the RMA number clearly written on the package will not be processed.
• All RMA returns must be accompanied with the issued RMA number on the package as well as any requested information(i.e. e-mail correspondence, written note of a summarized phone conversation with Airsoft GI).
• Please keep in mind that you are not our only customer, RMA's take time to process. In order to be fair to everyone all RMA's will be processed in the order that they are received.

  Please fill out the RMA form completely and click the signature area to digitally sign the form. After you digitally sign the form, it will allow you to save it as a new file. Save the new signed file to somewhere easy to find such as the My Documents folder or the desktop and email that file to: rma@airsoftgi.com

• If you are still not able to save the RMA form then Click here to Download the XPS writer so you can print the RMA to a file and email to rma@airsoftgi.com

• A %15 restocking fee will be applied to all items authorized for return by Airsoft GI's RMA Department.
• If you would like to cancel an order you must do so by calling Airsoft GI at (909) 869-0671. If the package has already been delivered to UPS a %15 restocking fee will be applied as well as additional transportation charges.
• Restocking fee and rate is subject to change at any time, at the discretion of Airsoft GI.
• All upgrade parts are sold as is, all sales final, absolutely no exceptions.
• Shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping for any item(s) is not covered under any warranty, absolutely no exceptions.
• Removal of orange tip and/or the use of low quality BB's(found at sporting goods stores) voids any and all warranty.

Warranty Policy:

• All warranties are in effect the date of delivery.
• All airsoft guns purchased from Airsoft GI are covered under a 48 hour, comprehensive, warranty.
• Subject to the exclusions contained below, Airsoft GI warrants all airsoft guns sold through www.airsoftgi.com and Airsoft GI's walk-in store to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer usage for 48 hours.

  Airsoft GI, at its option, will at no charge repair or replace all airsoft guns that do not conform to this warranty. We may use functionally equivalent, reconditioned/refurbished/pre-owned or new products, accessories or parts. Shipping, both to, and from, Airsoft GI is not covered by Airsoft GI and is the sole financial responsibility of the product owner.

  To receive this warranty for your airsoft gun, please contact Airsoft GI at RMA@airsoftgi.com with your name and order number and a description of the problem.

  Exclusions:
  Abuse and Misuse. Defects or damage that result from: (a) improper operation, storage, misuse, or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc.) to the surface of the product resulting form misuse; (b) contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity perspiration, sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat, or food; (c) use of the products for commercial purposes or subjecting the product or accessory to abnormal usage or conditions; or (d) other acts which are not the fault of Airsoft GI, are excluded from coverage.

  Unauthorized Service or Modification. Defects or damages resulting from service, testing, adjustment, installation, maintenance, alteration, or modification in any way by someone other than Airsoft GI are excluded from coverage. This includes removal or alteration of the orange safety tip. Products that show evidence of tampering are excluded from coverage.

  Other Limitations. Any Implied warranties, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall be limited to the duration of this limited warranty, otherwise the repair or replacement as provided under these express limited warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer, and is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express of implied. In no even shall Airsoft GI be liable, whether in contract or tort (including negligence) for damages arising out of or in connection with the ability or inability to use the products to the full extent these damages may be disclaimed by law.

• The aforementioned warranty applies to Echo 1 guns for the duration of 14 days. The Airsoft GI warranty for Echo 1 guns is completely exclusive from the Echo 1 manufacturers warranty and covers magazines, batteries, and chargers.
• Echo 1 guns are also covered by a 30 days manufacturer warranty that covers internal parts only, for warranty claims after 14 days please contact Echo 1 at www.echo1usa.com
• After the Airsoft GI warranty expires, the customer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer on warranty issues, if applicable.

We do offer a damage or defective on arrival warranty. To qualify, you must contact us within 24 to 48 hours upon receiving the item. All placed orders are logged, therefore, fraudulent transaction will be heavily investigated.

Any person who changes, alters, removes, or obliterates any coloration or markings that are required for by any applicable state or federal law or regulation, for any imitation firearm (replica firearm), or device in any way that makes the imitation firearm (replica firearm) or device look more like a firearm is guilty of violating the state or federal law.

All airsoft guns are required to have the tip (1/4 inch) of the barrel permanently colored in blaze orange. No person may openly display or expose any imitationfirearm (replica firearm), in a public place. The term "public place" means an area open to the public or exposed to public view and includes streets, sidewalks, bridges, alleys, plazas, parks, driveways, parking lots, automobiles, whether moving or not, and buildings open to the general public, including those that serve food or drink, or provide entertainment, and the doorways and entrances to buildings or dwellings and the grounds enclosing them.

I fully understand and acknowledge that (a) risks and dangers exist in use of Airsoft equipment and my participation in Airsoft activities; (b) my participation in such activities and/or use of equipment may result in my injury or illness including but not limited to bodily injury, disease strains, fractures, partial and/ or total paralysis, eye injury, blindness, heat stroke, heart attack, or other ailments that could cause serious disability; (c) these risks and dangers may be caused by the negligence of owners, employees, office or agents of GI Toys DBA Airsoft GI; the negligence of the participants, the negligence of others, accidents, breaches of contract, the forces of nature or other causes. These risks and dangers may arise from foreseeable or unforeseeable causes; and (d) by my participation in these activities and/or use of equipment, I hereby assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/ or damages, whether caused by whole or in part by the negligence or other conduct of owners, agents, officers, employees of GI Toys DBA Airsoft GI, or by any other person.

I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives and my heirs, hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify, GI Toys DBA Airsoft GI and it’s owners, agents, officers and employees from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of service or otherwise which may arise out of my use of Airsoft equipment or my participation in Airsoft activities. I specifically understand that I am releasing, discharging and waving any claims or actions that I may have presently or in the future for the negligent acts or other conduct by owners, agents, officers, or employees of GI Toys DBA Airsoft GI.

I HAVE READ THE ABOVE WAIVER AND RELEASE AND BY SIGNING IT AGREE IT IS IN MY INTENTION TO EXEMPT AND RELIEVE GI TOYS DBA AIRSOFT GI FROM LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR WRONGFUL DEATH CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR ANT OTHER CAUSE.

I understand that all sales are final and no items may be exchanged or returned. Under no circumstances will the manufacturers warranty cover operator misuse or abuse.
