To place a warranty claim please contact us by filling out the RMA form below. All claims must be submitted within the warranty period, no exceptions.
Please view our Airsoft 101 Guide before inquiring about warranty to insure that you are operating your airsoft gun properly and for troubleshooting tips. This will save us and you some time in correspondence and may resolve your problem.
All airsoft guns purchased from Airsoft GI, not already covered under warranty by the manufacturer, are covered under our 15 day limited warranty. This warranty is provided in lieu of all other expressed or implied warranties including warranties of merchantability. Batteries and magazines are also covered by our 15 day limited warranty. Tactical gear, internal, and external upgrade parts are not covered under any warranty. The limitations and coverage of the warranty are listed below.
The customer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer directly for any warranty not provided by Airsoft GI, unless otherwise stated. Please refer to the warranty chart at the bottom of this section to determine what warranty your airsoft gun has and how to contact the manufacturer.
*As one of the largest airsoft retailers in the world; we work very closely with our suppliers and manufactures. Each manufacture and supplier offers different types of limited factory warranties. We will try our best within our ability to assist our customers to obtain factory warranties on products with legitimate factory defects.

By filling out and signing this RMA Request Form I, the customer, acknowledge that the reasons for returning the above listed item(s) is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge; furthermore, I understand that the final decision regarding any return for refund, exchange, store credit, replacement, or repair will be determined by Airsoft GI after the inspection of all items. I acknowledge that I have read and clearly understand all policies and procedures regarding returns and warranties stated by Airsoft GI.
All items returned to Airsoft GI must first receive authorization from Airsoft GI's RMA Department. Please do not ship back anything without prior authorization from Airsoft GI.
All RMA returns must be accompanied with the issued RMA number as well as any requested information (i.e. RMA request form, e-mail correspondence, and a copy of your invoice).
