Product Information:
The D-Boys AK-74M is extremely well built. The folding stock locks tightly and has no noticeable wobble, nor do the handguards or pistol grip. The selector lever is not exactly crisp, but it locks tightly into safe, semi, and full and will not creep with sustained fire, which can occasionally be an issue with AK-types. A sling, battery, charger, plastic cleaning rod, and hi-cap are packaged with the gun. As usual with my guns, I ditched the hi-cap in favor of eight G&P 150rd midcaps(http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_i-
d=2555). An extremely pricey switch, but it was worth it - I've never had a feed issue with the gun, and I'm satisfied with it. It shot 410 out of the box, but I compressed the spring and it's shooting about 385 now.

Pros:
-One bizarre thing I noticed is that on most dealer's websites, this item is pictured with a ribbed dust cover. However, mine, and all others I've seen in person have shipped with smooth dust covers. I am listing this as a pro because the real steel AK-74M uses a smooth dust cover, and not a ribbed one.
-Disassembly is done almost completely by levers and pins, just like on a real AK. Particularly, removing the gearbox is extremely simple and takes only a minute or so.
-A large amount of the gun's body is made from steel. This includes the receiver, dust cover, selector lever, trigger guard/mag release housing(but not the mag release itself), the gas tube, the cleaning rod under the barrel, and the compensator. The pistol grip and stock appear to be a good quality polymer, although the handguard halves are ABS.
-This gun has a good, solid weight to it, but is also very well-balanced. It's very comfortable to fire.
-Good accuracy over medium-long range.
-The included sling is very well-made. No worries about it breaking.
-The optics rail still has no wobble after using it for an extended amount of time with an EOTECH.


Cons:
-ROF seems a little slow compared to some other AKs in this price category, particularly CYMA ones. I'd guess it's around 750-800 RPM.
-A common problem with AKs that unfortunately occurs on this gun too is that the rear sight becomes loose after some time.
-While the D-Boys has by far better externals, the CYMA equivalent has slightly better internals.

Overall, I'd highly recommend this gun for anyone either trying to build a legit Russian Federation kit, or just trying to find a solid AK.
