FIRST IMPRESSIONS: I will go ahead and admit that I am pretty new to airsoft, but I have done loads of research. This was my first AEG, and I am very impressed. I have had this gun for a little over 1 month at this time. When I first opened the box, the first thing that came to my mind is how realistic this looks. The wood on the stock and handgrip have been sanded and stained and looks great. The rest of the gun is full metal except for the grip, which is brown plastic, the brown plastic magazine, and the plastic orange flash hider.

BATTERY: My gun came with an 8.4v 1100 mAh battery, and it has yet to fail me. The ROF is pretty good, but it could be a little higher than the stock 700-750 rpm. However, the gun makes up for the slower ROF with its jaw-dropping power. The only thing I can complain about is the fact that you have to unscrew the buttplate on the gun to access the battery compartment. Once opened, the battery fits very well into to stock, definitely with some room to spare.

POWER: Mine came chronoed from ASGI at exactly 460 FPS, with is great for a stock AEG...especially one from CYMA. I prefer to use TSD .28g BBs for this, because you get 5000 BBS for only $16.00. They fly straight for a good 200 feet easily. With the .28g BBs, I am estimating that my gun is shooing a little north of 400.

MAGAZINE: The gun came with the orange/brown magazine pictured, and it is somewhat sloppy. It is almost all plastic except for the wheel used for winding. I purchased the Echo 1 600 rds AK47 high cap magazine and it fits excellently into the gun, with absolutely no wobble at all. The gun's magazine and the Echo 1 magazine both include a little hex key used to wind the magazine with instead of using your fingers, for this takes a while. I would highly recommend the Echo 1 magazine, for its metal construction and BB capacity.

RANGE: The range of this gun with .28g BBs is phenomenal. I got a headshot from 160 feet (yes I measured the distance). My furthest shot went 339 feet, but the gun is definitely not accurate at that extreme range.

BODY: The metal the gun is constructed out of is not the highest quality in my opinion, but with this being my first AEG I can only compare it to my C02 NBB and several spring shotguns. Everything is a little "fragile" on the gun, for lack of a better word. Some reviews mentioned the rear sight being loose or of poor quality, but I think it is great. One issue I have noticed is that the stock seems quite thin, and I am afraid it may not last if it is dropped hard. The flash hider is blaze orange plastic, and I think it is a little too big. It can be unscrewed (according to the manual), but for legal purposes I have not done so. The final concern I have with the body is the construction of the selector switch after a couple of weeks' use, it slowly loosens. This is easily fixed by lightly tapping it with a hammer, but still it is a nuisance. Also, the gun weighs around 8 pounds with the magazine full of BBs and the battery installed. My final complaint is that my wood hand guards were loose.

ACCESSORIES: The package includes the gun itself, a long, plastic cleaning rod, the 8.4v 1100mAh battery, a standard wall charger, the 550rd high cap magazine, and a tool used to wind the magazine. In addition, I also purchased a bag of 5000 TSD .28g BBs, the blue Universal smart charger, the Echo 1 600rds high cap magazine, and the ICS OD 3 point sling. All of these work outstanding and would receive a 5-star rating.

CONCLUSION: In conclusion, if you want a cheap, high-powered AKM-style gun, then this is definitely the choice for you. The few cons can easily be fixed by anyone of any experience level. Mine was shipped in about 5 days, and for such a large package and from where I live, this is a great shipping time. This is a wonderful airsoft gun that is as realistic as it gets, and for only 180 dollars, what more could you ask for? Overall I would recommend this to anyone...new or veteran to airsoft.
Thanks ASGI and God bless!!!
Now to the Pros and Cons....

Pros:
Full metal construction
Beautiful wood
Range
Power
Weight
Battery
Price
Feels land looks like you are holding the real thing
Long--36 inches
Great for long distance battles
If you attach a scope and scope mount it can easily be used for accurate long distance shots...and possibly for sniping a few people.

Cons:
Weight and Length-I'm pretty good-sized..around 5'10 165 lbs and this isn't a problem for me but could could be a problem if you are smaller and/or younger.
The loose handguards-If anybody knows how to fix this, please let me know.
Cheap magazine
Loose selector switch-Easily fixed...barely worth mentioning
ROF could be a little higher, but still isn't really that much of a deal-breaker
Thin stock
Power could be a little too high for some fields
Overall fragile feel to the guns construction of metal parts
Semi-auto sometimes doesn't work, but that is easily fixed by firing a couple shots on full-auto.
Flash hider is a little too much orange, but black tape can easily, quickly, and cheaply fix that.
Probably not the best for CQB...
Access to the battery compartment
