I got this sweatshirt today so this isn't going to be a super in depth review, but more of a first impressions. So far this is a pretty great sweatshirt with my favorite feature being the walky talky holder on the shoulders. Some other features include the chest zippers which allows you to gain access to a shoulder holster (or just ventilation if it's hot.). The main pockets have a very small zipper which I doubt I will ever use but it's nice it's there to close the pockets if needed. The side zipper and velcro are supposedly on there so you can access a CCW but I had trouble with a full size pistol getting stuck trying to get it out of the hole, so if you are planning on carrying with this, I would suggest you just lift up the shirt to get to your gun. The thumb loops are nice and seem like they would be handy. Smaller plate carriers (like a 6094) fit pretty good over the sweatshirt and don't interfere with any of the zippers or pockets. I would give this a 8/10 overall, worth the money if you add a coupon code.

Pros:
Good pocket design
small zippers where needed
Medium thickness (good to maybe 35 degrees)
Fabric seems fairly strong
Big hood
Side zipper may work better for open carry than concealed.
Shoulder velcro is a great touch.
Fits very well with smaller plate carriers.
Stretchy material for the main pockets, feels nice.

Cons:
Velcro is kind of stiff, will probably loosen up with washing.
Could use a zipper on front to adjust neck room, but I'm sure you could just cut it if you need it bigger.
Zippers on main pocket are probably too small to be used with gloves.
Multicam colors are a bit off but not a big deal unless you're running real Crye next to it.
Could use some armpit vents with zippers.
Side "CCW" zipper velcro thing seems like it would only work with small pistols, otherwise guns get caught coming out.
Very small red dots are around for some reason, probably markings for manufacturing, not noticeable.
