I am thoroughly impressed by this bucking.

it's very tough, something proved by using an echo 1 h-hop nub only to have issues with the tight fitment in the hop up unit itself. I had to use a screwdriver to get the nub out. I thought 'dang it. that was $10 down the drain.' when i started taking the barrel out of the hop up. That's when the shock set in. It was still very much intact. No indentations, no breaks, and no scratches. After that, I had a beaming grin on my face as I put it back into the bucking with just a standard rubber nub.

Now to performance. I put this into a ASG ultimate hop up unit then went to work. After shooting from a lancer tactical MK18. I found that the FPS was actually boosted by about 10-15 FPS from where it was previously. After that I did some range tests. The previous effective range on a torso sized target was about 125 feet using a 6.03mm precision. For the purpose of using it, it made it an even better LMG than I had previously been with a G&P V-tooth bucking. The effective range now is easily 275 feet with a 1 foot spread.

After testing it compared to my M4 I custom made with the REAPS A+ bucking, the maple leaf surpassed it without question by about 30 feet. And my custom M4 has a 455mm inner barrel. Though that could just be the differences in starting FPS. I'll need to double check with a strong spring I'll be needing to buy.

I'll be ordering 2 more for my REAPS A+ M4 and for the AK in my possession.

Note: These tests were performed with Elite force .25 g bbs.

Pros:
Boosts FPS. Unbelievable, but true

Nearly doubled effective range on a lancer tactical with a 363mm tight bore barrel

Very solid, very tough, just about impossible to rip on accident

Surprisingly inexpensive

Cons:
Doesn't come stock in guns.
