First off...im impressed about the level of detail put into this gun. I've handled reals ones and it feels 99% like the real thing. I bought it to mount on my jeep or Deuce and half (M35A2) for MV shows and obviously airsoft. It chronoed 400 fps with .20's but will be using .25's minimum, field testing this weekend, The weapon is solid aside from the poorly secured bi-pod, which tends to sway from side to side which could make the feet scrape up the gun itself. The legs on the bi-pod tend to "heighten" or slip if you shake it just right. In all sights line up, upper receiver opens like the real one making it easy to secure an inert 7.62 chain to cover the battery and wires, and the gun is heavy so get a good sling (none included).
From this purchase experience I am disappointed in which I received my weapon. The weapon's box had a large chunk of it ripped out which went through both box and foam. The UPS box it self was undamaged so it was done prior to shipping, Also the gun itself was "tested" then looked to be thrown back in the box with foam chunks in all the hard to get places (of course) and had a large white hand print on the both grips. All that was all fine as it could be fixed, until I noticed a gash in the black paint on the barrel in plain sight . By the cut type/angle it was metal on metal so what ever happened before shipping...im disappointed, and now cant use it as a part of my "fully restored" military vehicles collection.

400 fps with .20's (out of box)
Solid build
Good Mag (3500)
Great price
Easy to maintain
Simply TERRIFYING in combat

Bi-pod is poor
No Battery
No Sling
Received the weapon in less than new/ideal condition

Right off the bat this is one sexy weapon. i got this weapon 24 hours before a large 80's era skirmish in mnorthern washington state. this configuration was the only one in sight out of around 100 peopl + drew a lot of attention. a couple of the guys carried the real steel version and could barely tell the diffrence even when held. i have had no problem running assualt with this weapon however i to am a lrge type (250+lbs) withen in 2 hours of playing i plowed through two 9.6 v 1600 mah battries and around 6000 rounds. the bipod ws a major let down when i snapped off the little tiny tong that keeps it from foldingt forward. i then learned that the braket that holds the bipod arms on is in fact pot mettal. oh well fold it up and drive on. an hour latter the battery shoved the control switch for the mag into itselfd and caused a short which took the weapon out for the day. thank god for back up M4's lol.
as for the accuracy this gun is a suport weapon its not supposed to be accurate. lol
i chronoed in at 400 FPS in 45 degrees weather, this is right out of the box mind you. so i can only imagine what it was like in the 70 degree weather we had that afternoon. i was told it was like getting hit with a flying brick. easily getting in those 200 foot shots ( with a good arc of course) so after a good inner barrel up grade this weapon will be first class
the rate of fire knob is cool but i soon tired of playing with it so I by passed it with the littlke plug shipped with the weapon found it to be more of a pain than practicle, one more thing that could go wrong in battle you know.

heavy, realistic
fast as hell
decent accuracy with good reach
insane amount of ammo ( i got a full 5000 rounds into mine after loading tube is full)
good and loud with a very unique sound ( i love the slower rate of fire very scarry sounding)

bipod snapped in less than 2 hours play
ammo box battery config needs adjusting
i have mine in the back of it now far away from tha massive toggle switch i put in my self
mag location does not work well for right handed sling wearing
so i go lefty when slung ( good thing im ambo then LOL)

When I took this out of the box and held this, I knew that this ws goin to be a great gun. Everything is metal besides he m4 flashhider, forward grip, pistol grip, and the body of the buttplate so in oter words the buttplate is nylon fiber but the part tht goes into your shoulders is metal. All those that I just names non metal are nylon fiber except the m4 flashhider which is plastic.

So shooting the gun... When I charged my battery and finally got to shoot this thing, the first word that came to mind to describe it was beast. I don't have a chronograph but the paper that came in the box states that it shot at 399 dos win .2g. Also the bi-pod was amazing. It was so very comferrable to shoot with and is not made of pot metal, which the a&k m249 was made out of. Then moving onto the MOSFET chip. It was great, but one thing I had to say about it is that it took forever to get the rps down and up by turning the dial. So what I had to do was unscrew it and turn the metal thing by hand, which of course was much faster. One thing I have to say. This thing is so damn accurate with the MOSFET turned down. So overall this thing is fucking sexy. So get it if you have the money to.

All metal
Hella firepower
bi-pod is well made
does come with additional metal flashhider but I do not know how to put it on because the m4 flashhider is glued on and I don't want to break anything
great hop up
overall better and way improved from the m249 that. A&k has been making I'm glad I bought this because it is now sold out

No cons

First off, the gun looks awesome, but you first pick it up you really realize you are going to have use this weapon very conservatively. As some have pointed out, it can be fired from the shoulder, but its not practical at all, except for the briefest of periods. You will be firing this from the bypod. It really requires learning a new skill, which is constantly being on the lookout for a good place to set up camp and lay out. Carrying this gun you will have to learn to play different, it forces you to play a support role. This can fun, but at times it can be less exciting than being part of assualt element.
That said it can play an important role especially on the defensive. It can be extremely satisfiying to pick out a location, which covers a natural bottleneck, then just unload. With good cover, and a good view on the defensive it can hold up lots of people.

the gearbox is a big improvement over previous A&K support weapon boxes, the option to control the rate of fire is also pretty cool, but largely a novelty. Once I got going in a game, I never thought to mess with it. Everything feels real solid and the gun shoots pretty good, though an upgrade of internals is probably inevitable.

Doesnt come with a battery, and my box was opened. With a gun like this you could always use more range to compensate for the weight of the weapon.

K, as I said I'd write a reviw after the game sunday so here it is.

I chronoed the gun at about 345 with .20 . !0 min after i Set foot on the field the pin to keep the left bipod leg apparenly fell out and the leg came off, I found a small tig and shoved it in the hole and it lasted the rest of the game. Box mag was working great, till I had to reload And I put .23g bb in. About 20 min later, the box mag jammed, which took me off the field for the rest of the game with was for an hour cause I had friends that I drove with me. Me and one of the field owners "ZERO" tried to fix it but we didnt hav e a screw driverf that would fit in the holes on the bottom of the mag. But I just fixed the mag, Opend the bottom and lossed a silver screw and the mag just spit the bb's into my face, they dont taste good. I also fixed the lose nob. 17 killed before the jam happend.

Shot great.
MAg fed well with .20

a pain to run with but if your buy this gun you should know that cause he clearly sttates in the vid that this is heavy (not really a con)

Mag jammed with .23 so I would recomment useing .20.
Bipod leg fell off but was easily replaced with a pin I found on the floor in my room and a twig during the game.

Just recieved from you guys, Along with the Package I recieved a AirsofGI.com T-shirt which is nice and am wearing now. Gun doesnt feel to heavey for me, maybe its cause I deal with real, and some heavy guns daily such as my Semi-auto Bren MkII LMG, and many others. Ok, the gun it sturdy only thing that is anoying me is the nob that you slide back when cocking the gun is very loose, havnt gotten round to opening the gun to see if I can fix it. Gun shoots gret with a 8.4v 4200mAh. The ROF tuner is a cool feature. The bipod does woble a bit when open and closed, but its suppose to. (I have fired many different guns and I shot an M60 once at a full auto shoot and the bibod moved around abit.) The bipod is sturdy, doesnt seem like it'll break imo. The mag is nice, I like how it winds as the trigger is pulled, My friend had the done on his CA M249. I had some Fire 7.62 casings that I reloaded with just bullets and removed the primers and put it on the gun and it looks nice.

All metal
Mag is great
ROF tuner is fun
Great Bipod

Nob to charge the gun*(if it was real) is loose on mine.

Other that that I love this gun. A7K is stepin it up, and also I havnt seen this one on any other site.

Will probably write another review after the game on Sunday.
