When I saw this gun I fell in love with it and I decided to buy it. When it came I was surprised at the quality of the metal and the wood (which scratches easily). Its hefty, solid, and feels perfect. When you disassemble it, it takes a while and a lot of pins to be removed to get to the gearbox. When I opened the gearbox it was over greased and horribly shimmed, but I grease and shimmed it properly. Standard stock gearbox, except for the steel shims, steel bushings, and the ball bearing spring guide. Everything was good after that, and overall, the ball bearing spring was an amazing touch.

Steel body, flash hider, butt plate and dust cover
Metal front assembly
Real wood furniture
Side scope mount
Surprising stock internals (ball bearing spring guide in mine)
Good weight

Small battery compartment
Front and rear wobble (fixed with electric tape)
Weak wires

First of all, you get what you pay for in weight with a full metal / real wood gun. However, this can be a downside. Having a metal and wood gun is extremely durable but heavy, like their real world cousins. The plastic pistol grip can be an annoyance on the battlefield because it creeks and wobbles under duress. The stock suffers from a similar problem. It wobbles slightly, but isn't a big issue. The front sight is movable with the use of a metal piece which can be used to raise and lower the height. However, by turning it, it also rotates from side to side a little which makes it hard to center. Also, I find it difficult to reload in the heat of battle. The mag-well and magazines seem to have a hard time working with each other, getting jammed or failing to make contact unless inserted perfectly.

- full metal
- real wood
- accurate enough for me
- durable
- metal big flash hider
- 400+ fps
- side rail holder
- hop up
all around good gun

- heavy for me because i play all day
- hard to adjust the font site
- scratches easily
- front heavy because of the full metal flash hider and exterior metal barrel
- right handed sling mounts
- It's hard to locate the correct position for the mag in the mag-well under stress

gets heavier and heavier through the day if you like to play all day.

Product Information:
My friend and I purchased this gun together because we wanted the classic AK-74 look but were unsure of CYMA. My friend ended up loving the gun so much he bought the other half from me within a month. This gun outdoes itself in external build quality. The internal build quality is decent. The magazine well requires you to be careful not to put the magazine in too far before allowing the magazine lock to engage or you may have a lot of trouble disengaging the lock. Full-auto fire rate is decent, but semi-auto fire is a bit slow.

_ Good stock FPS
_ Decent full-auto grouping beyond medium range
_ Solid external build

_ Putting the magazine in is tricky
_ Magazine well is too wide for most magazines (wobble)
_ Initial trigger pull to fire takes too long
_ Hefty
_ Hop-up seems too strong on the lowest setting
_ Small battery space

I got this gun before Christmas and i love it . I was surprised that it was real wood it doesnt have the plastic covering over the fake wood which makes it slippery . All my friends were amazed by this gun . They all thought that it was unfair when it was 3on2 well basically 3on1 because my friend had a spring pistol 150fps . Also at the tip of the gun it looks like a silencer is on it which is pretty sweet . I only recommend it to experienced players only .

very sturdy stock (not like other ak)
good fps and accuracy
real wood
very realistic
the clip holds a good 500 to 550 rounds
the weight is not to heavy not to light

when you first get the gun it sometimes jams but after a awhile it will stop
everything else is perfect

Cyma has really outdone themselves with this one. I have been the owner of a few cymas and a classic army slr105 and this is by far the best out of all of my guns. The wood is as real as it gets because instead of just a factory cut wood its plywood that has been heated and hammered into shape; just like the real one. The ROF is amazing for any gun and it said on the paper from asgi that it shoots 450fps with 20gs. To anyone who was wondering it is a vfc/dboys style body so it assembles a little differently than a regular airsoft ak. Also if it is helpful it is a small type brick battery i wasnt sure if it was large or small when i ordered
*recomend using .25g or .30g bbs

ROF 800rpm
FPS 450 with 20gs
accuracy (on full auto they are all in a straight line absolutely no stragglers)
all metal except for the plastic handgrip which is on the real one
weight (perfect weight for me)
side mount for scope
highlighted sights

teeny tiny 1200mah small type battery (if you are going to play a long game may want to buy an extra)
vfc/dboys body (makes dissassembly difficult)
have to unscrew the back to get to the battery
fps(could be a con if its too hot for your field)

WOW!!! Is all I can say about this gun!!! I took this bad boy out of the box and noticed how real if looks and feels! Everything is metal exept the hand-grip and magazine it comes with, no big deal though. THe real wood is very nice and is super sturdy!!! Rear sight is hi-lighted which I like, Front sling mount is the sturdiest mount ever but the back I'm not to sure about, it's metal but I'm not sure if it would hold the heavy wieght of the gun. It also has a scope mount on the side so if you get the AK scope mount you can put a sight or scope. The only wobbly part of the gun is the dust cover, its not goin anywhere because it's locked into place, but it only wobbles when you touch it which isn't bad because it dosnt wobble when you shake the gun. Ok, a day later I took it outside to shoot (I'm using .25 bb's by the way) I aimed straight forward and pulled the trigger. THe bb went +200 feet!!!! I was so surprised! Then I put it on full auto and bb's came rushing out, it was surprising of the rate of fire because of the fps (which is 460 with . 20) The rof is about 750 which is very good for a gun shooting so hot and only on an 8.4 battery! Ok, so overall I recomend this gun for someone looking for a long range gun. It's very nice and not too expensive.

1. Realism
2. Nice wieght
3. Real wood furniture
3. Stock fps (460) way to high for every place but I play in filed.
4. ROF ( around 750 )
5. Accuracy ( at 200 feet groupings are about 8') ( I recommend getting a TB barrel )
6. Intimidaing factor
7. Just plain looks great and performs to my liking

1. Slight wobble in dust cover ( tape! )
2. Plastic hand grip ( not that big of a deal but it would feel better if it were metal is all )

Thats it!! Cons arn't even that bad!!! Hope this helps!!!
