I just got this motor in today for my g&g combat machine m4. The stock g&g motor shoots about 12-14 rps. I put this motor in today and I'm getting about 16-18 rps on a half charged 9.6. My only problem was that it was kind of difficult to adjust the motor height. That may just be my gun model though. It's a good motor and great for the price.

Good rof
Great for the price
Can handle up to an m120

Hard to adjust motor height for the g&g combat machine

I bought a Tokyo Marui p90 a while ago with this motor in it. This thing is a beast and if you want your gun to last a while with this in there buy the systema gear sets and put an m120 spring in there and it should last a couple of years it lasted me 5 years but had to buy a new battery.

-ROF excellent
-Wont strip your gears down easy
-last a long time
-Works form anywhere to an m130 spring down

-Strip gears down eventually( Not the systema gears though)

I have this motor in my Echo 1 SCAR and it is pulling a m120 and is power by a 9.6v battery. The ROF is very very fast! But as said before the gear does strip. I got less than 1000 bbs before the gear strip!! But its a cheap fix and once I put a stronger gear on there it will be all good.

high rof
last forever
can pull a m120 spring

gear will strip on you

this is an awesome motor however i did have a few problems with it

1 the pinion is kinda weak and strips easly
2. the tabs are kinda weak
3. taking it apart was a pain there is no actual way to work on it with cutting or prying on the tabs with a screw driver to get inside the motor to clean the motor unlike the hammer 1300 where there are just 4 screws to remove

good reviews. great motor. although i have to say in my experience. the motor pinion (the gear on top) stripped on my gun and i was only using an M110.
the pinion is replaceable however you need a tool. some prefer to do it with out the tool like me, (i used a transmissions ballbearing puller ;) ) but its harder to do with out hte tool

the EG1000 is amazing. little piece of work. an engineer saw me working on my gun. picked up the EG1000 and hand cranked it. we was amazed by the magnetic resistance of the motor. so there you have an electrical engineers OK for this motor. it has no problem cranking an m110 and if you set this thing with hi-speed gears, ball bearing bushings, and an m-90 spring you have a speed demon of a gun.
the eg1000 is the workhorse of all motors. is VERY common and is a great motor. if you cant afford teh magnum or turbo. get this

This is a great starting motor, that is powerful, and doesn't require modifying any internal parts.

I had an SRC AEG that I decided to upgrade*(see below) and the cheap motor that came with it could not handle an M120 spring. That is where this motor came in.

With good wiring, an 8.4 volt 3600 mah battery, and without a fuse, this motor can power a m120 spring at about 850 rpm. Not a bad motor.

This is also in stock TM m16s and some stock m4s. They come with a spring that has about 285 fps and an EG1000 motor. With an 8.4 volt battery with 3600 mah, this motor can power that at about 1000 rpm. With an 8.4 volt 1200 mah battery, this motor is about 800 rpm. Still not bad for a small battery.

Unfortunately, These motors don't compare with any of the systema motors, but for a stock motor, this kicks butt, and will power an M120 spring, and an M130 spring.

Overall this is a great motor for someone who doesn't feel like spending a ton of money on an upgraded motor. These motors are powerful enough to pull back a spring about 420 fps. Anything beyond that, the rate of fire tends to be a little bit slow.

*as said above, I upgraded the SRC m16, and i've learned a lesson. DON'T DO IT. They are a pain in the ass to upgrade, and if you do, you must replace ALL internals (gears, shims, bushings, piston, etc.). That will cost a lot, also i've spent about 3 months on mine, and its still not working that great. If you get enough money to buy an SRC for about 250, go with a TM. You'll be much better off.
