This thing could be fun, but has some major problems.
Hands down the biggest problem, is the mount. I appreciate that it's a quick on/off, however who really needs that? Are you going to quick dissattach it from your pistol, then attach it to your rifle, without sighting it in? I mean really? While on the quick detach note, when you think quick you think "easy", the spring on this thing is comparable to a mouse trap. Very minimal surface space to press down on, and requires a lot of pressure. Hurts, i prefer using a flat head screwdriver or similar object to press down. I think a twist to tighten knob like most ris attachments would've been better. To top it all off, and the straw that breaks this product, is that the mount is loose. A side tightening object will tighten to the RIS. Since this doesn't tighten at all, it sits very loose. My pistol when put in a pistol vice, it moves a good bit. When fiddling with the mount it doesn't seem like much movement, but at 30 feet it moves about 9 inches. That's a pretty big difference. Because of this, my laser is used to get the "general" aim, but mostly for cosmetic purposes (a pistol with a laser looks cool).

I even tried good ole duct tape to make the rails wider so it wouldn't be as loose.... didn't work, forced the tape off during sliding it on. Tried adding to the width of the pressure plate, success on adding width and reduces how loose it is, but at 30 feet it still wobles about 6 inches. SO 3 inches less then before, but still enough to ruin my shots.

Also, like most lasers it's not very bright in the daylight. Great for indoor games, but out in the sun it's very dim. Within 10 feet you might notice the faint dot. Any more then that and good luck seeing it. Playing in the woods doesn't help. If it's a more urban area with flat surfaces/objects, it'll be easier.

I do appreciate that it's a easier to find battery, rather then the typical mini watch batteries. Those are pretty expensive.

The on off switch is nice. During my pistol draw i typically have my finger on the side of the trigger guard (basic weapon safety 101) until i have my target in sight. The on off switch is right by the trigger guard, aka right where my finger is. It's on the right side (press that for on) left side press for off, so it's for right handed users. However one issue, is that my soft shell universal pistol pouch, sometimes presses the button automatically. It'll twist in the pouch just enough to put pressure on the switch. Doesn't happen often, but when it does, i wonder "how long has that been on, wonder how much battery life i lost?" Not exactly the lasers fault, but still waiting on a 1911 hard shell pouch that accepts accessories (like a laser) So far the only pouches that fit a pistol+laser, are the universal/adjustable ones. That or an SMG pouch (which is far too big for a pistol).

As far as sighting it in (windage/elevation) it's very easy. Comes with the allen wrench needed, and straight forward (English) instructions.

Ultimately a well built laser, but the mount ruins the entire thing, making it a cosmetic paper weight. If they went back to the good ole tighten onto the rail mount, it'd be a great laser.

Easy to set up
Good battery
Good for indoors
Fun for night games
looks great on a gun

Mount ruins it, far too loose on any rail
the "quick release" can be a pain
Right handed only. (can use with left hand, but would have to flip the on switch with right hand.)
Not bright enough for outdoor day games.
On switch can be pressed when in pistol pouch.
