Pretty solid gun, the best JG your gonna find is this 552. I've always loved the way the 552 looked, and I didn't want to buy a real expensive one, so this was definitely a good buy for me.

Very light, I used it in conjunction with a marksman's rifle
With the stock folded, you can easily sling it between your arm and torso
Stackable magazines
Very balanced

My rear sight broke off after about 6 months, for no apparent reason
Not the best plastic
Side rail is only on the right side
Its a JG
Fire selector is a little stiff

I bought this gun from a local Sports Store. I love the look of the SIG 552. But this one is all plastic. which is fine with me, but piece after piece kept breaking on this gun because the plastic is cheap. The piece that clips the stock into place broke. Top pice of the handguard has peices broken off. Pistol grip got loose to i took it apart to find out what the problem was, and i found multiple broken pieces of plastic. The piece on the side that the cocking lever goes behind came unglued. Piece of the body on the other side broke off from normal game play, nothing happened to cause the break. Fire slector gets stuck a lot. And sometimes when in Semi auto it wont fire so i have to put it in full auto and burst when i want semi auto.

Nice FPS
552's look awesome
Great CQB, but not too short.
Great internals
Decent price.

CHEAP plastic
Almost everything made of plastic.
hard to find good parts for replacing plastic parts.
Complicated disassembly
No top rails.

This gun is a very well made gun it is solid and preforms well. I like the Mk36 style hop-up make this gun shoot spot on. The only problem I had with this gun was upgrading the internals. Just getting to the gun to wok was diffucult. All in all this is a solid preforming gun but upgrading the rifle can be troubling.

High stock fps
Mk36 style hop-up

Hard to work on

JG SIG 552 Airsoft Gun - So I bought this SIG 552 at a gunshow last month, sorry GI, and I have to say, it's the boss. My first quality gun and I didn't have high expectations because of the price (I paid less, sorry again, GI, haha). Here's the long and short of it: ROF is insane, even with the stock battery which is a mini 8.4 1100. My brother paid over $250 for a full metal MP5 and his ROF is about half of what this thing shoots. If you want to spray and pray, just buy extra mags and get ready to smile! Velocity is fairly hard and good for game play, probably in the 375 FPS range. Hurts but doesn't kill you, and this is good because if you shoot your friends with a 430 fps gun, they won't be friends for long. Very accurate for a short barrel. Misfeeds a lot at first until you shoot a few hundred rounds through it but smooths out after that. Battery life is even good out of it; I put about 1200 rounds through it on the first battery charge out of the box before it started to slow down and I didn't even run it dry before I recharged. Very solid and heavy even though it has a lot of plastic, every one that has seen it prefers it because of the natural feel. Nice long sight radius, great folding rear stock and feels awesome with a front grip on the rail. Just get one; it's the boss!

Heavy and solid.
Folding stock locks up nicely.
Battery life is surprisingly good with the stocker.
ROF=Insane. Way faster than expected.
FPS is perfect for game play; doesn't draw blood and make you lose friends!
Surprisingly accurate for short barrel.
Reaction of people's face when they shoot it= slaughters beer cans and metal chairs.

Mine misfeed quite a bit when I first got it. Would fire about 25 rounds before misfeeding but a quick wind of the mag would fix it. After a few hundred rounds it smoothed out. No problems now.
That's it. Buy more mags because it gets rid of your BB's in a hurry.

I have just ordered this gun a couple days ago from a different site, I have used this gun several times at a CQB course by where I live. It is my friends gun and I chose to use this over my TM ak 47 and for the sake of CQB i also preferred it over my TM m14.
This gun surprised me by how good it felt in my hands. It was a solid gun and shot with a high rof and fps. They wouldnt let the kid play with the sig552 at first because of the fps was around 369 avg. so we had to use a velocity reducer, which we had taken off since it was a 10 fps difference,
anyways the gun was amazing and i was convinced on getting it right when i got back home.

Easy to upgrade. The sig 552 i ordered comes with upper rail or scopes and side rails for flashlights and lasers.
mags can stick together, hi cap is not bad although holds only 220 (low for hi cap)
folding stock
high fps
and solid

orange tip seems too bright, just get mock silencer or flash hider, looks sexy
