i recently purchased this gun. Great looking gun havent go the chance to fire it yet so im judging it by first impression and looks. When i got this gun today it looked solid i picked it up and the grip was loose and so was the wood on the front of the gun. i tightened the grip but im not sure how to tighten the wood. also the gun is a bit heavy but compared to other lmg it is very light. The sights are a little flimsy so if you get this gun plan on getting rails and a scope or red dot sight.

-shipping was lighting fast ( even though i live 45 minuets away)
- high capacity mag
-comes with charger and battery
-dont need to upgrade gun
-has same parts as ak47 and a k74
-cheap for a lmg

-have to downgrade spring to play on most fields this will cost me 15 dollars
-flimsy sights
-a little loose but i think this was because of shipping
- need to get a rail system(ak47 or a k74 rails work with this)

ive had mine for about 6 months by now. ive taken it to battle quite a few times and she hasnt failed me yet. strong hard rugged durible. Good quality, sturdy wood furniture the bipod scratches the base of the barrel but hey its an active battle MG not a collecters model i think it looks sexy with a few dings. its got a good ROF GREAT distance you might not have to leave the nest you can hit em all from one spot. like i said a durible build internals are mostly all metal though i have come across a problem. nothin TO bad but the sights SUCK somethin fierce. through the process of unboxing the front needle fell into the sight and the rear sight fell off although you dont really need the sights its easy to hit your mark with this baby. one more thing. the mag it comes with wont feed worth a dang and eventually will stop feeding. spring just sucks! i have 2 600 round ak mags taped together til my drum gets here. so get another mag and your pretty much good :D ..... oh does anyone know where to get a tac hand guard for an RPK? id like to get rid of the bare bones and take off the bipod so i can fit a 203 on HAHAHAHA!!!! I AM THE WAR GOD!!!

over all a great gun

sturdy build

great distance

(didnt mention it up there) FPS is SWEEEEET! 445 average!

ROF is awsome

Bipod is drable but dont try to run with it down and expect for the whole field to not know your position

Internals great

already has the adapter for an optic mount

barrel paint chips easy (but cmon princess its a machine gun not a tiara)

mag SUCKS!!!

sights suck as well but not needed much

This RPK is amazing. I ordered it a couple months ago. INCREDIBLY solid. Zero wobble on any part of the gun, so long as no screws are loose. The wood on the gun isn't solid wood, it's more of a layered plywood - BUT, it's not fake. It's sandable and stainable to your liking. When you get it, the wood is a light finish with very little shine. I stained my wood a red oak color and poly'd it up and it looks absolutely beautiful. Enough about cosmetics, let's talk internals.

The internals of this gun are well made. Notice: Echo 1 Re-branded this gun and are selling it for 40 dollars more, when all they did was throw a 12 dollar bucking in. This gun is so much more worth it, because it doesn't need any upgrades in my opinion. The range is absolutely insane. I use 0.40g BB's in my drum mag, (yes, it is scary), and it outshoots all my friend's GBB's by a longshot, no pun intended. Some people complain about the limited battery space, but I don't think it's that big of a deal. It works fine. Trigger response is good, semi-auto is immaculate, doesn't jam, ever. Gun is fully metal besides the wood, obviously, and the motor grip. But the motor grip is made out of the same material an actual RPK's grip is made out of. Body is very heavy duty steel, including barrel. Part of the gas tube and the front sight are not steel, but still very durable metal, i'm guessing aluminum. The mag it comes with is *OK*, but should be replaced. I had trouble with it when i first got it, but i took it apart and fixed the problem. Drum mags work much better. The bipod is sturdy, and the gun comes with a metal flash hider. The rear sight is accurate to the real thing, providing elevation and windage adjustment knobs. Also has the side mount for anyone who wants to add a sight rail to the top of the receiver. Can get a little heavy for you younger lads out there, but i'm 6 feet tall and muscular so it doesn't effect me. This is definitely worth the money for anyone who wants a high quality RPK build.

High Quality metal
Wood is managable
ZERO wobble. If you have wobble, you're doing something wrong.
CRAZY range.
Shoots hard.
Very nice internals.

Mag CAN be a pain, but it's easily fixed.
I can't carry it around in public to show everyone how awesome it is.

I play woods ball so having a rugged gun is a must. Any gun I buy has to be able to shoot far, be quiet, and be light enough to run with. I am pleased to say this gun meets and exceeds all my expectations. I play a support role most of the time so having a gun that can suppress the enemy is a must. With an 800 round magazine this gun can do just that. Using .20g I can consistently hit a paper plate at 100 feet on full auto/ 150 on semi auto. The grouping on this weapon is very tight. The battery goes into the wood stock.
One caution I would say is that the wood on my weapon look a little worn. I am not sure if this is done on purpose to make it look real, just thought you might want a heads up. In the long run this fact gives the gun character. One detail I love is the fact that the fire selector is in Russian. The metal/wood makes this gun feel like the real thing. The back sight came off on me twice with little effort. I went through about 3000 rounds on 3/4 a battery. It is about 10 lbs unloaded.
All in all, this gun is a very good buy.

Full metal body
Real wood
High fps
Comes with a battery/ charger
Big magazine

Battery is a little hard to get into the stock.
The back sight comes off a little too easy.
Wood was a little worn.
