New to airsoft? Here are some safety tips for airsoft guns that we recommend following.

The Tippmann M4 is a very unique and innovative rifle for the airsoft industry offering the recoil of a gas blowback and the reliability and consistency of an HPA. Tippmann has been a well known paintball company for producing top of the line paintball rifles and have steadily moved to cater the airsoft market. Their full metal M4 is a definite game changer and versatile to the airsoft player as well as on the field. Externally, the Tippmann M4 looks similar to other M4 variants with a quad rail, metal body, and LE stock. But the beauty is what is inside the gun and how it was created. The Tippmann M4 features a dual powered system. Meaning, the user has the option to run the gun with a standard CO2 cartridge or convert it to run an high pressure air ( HPA ) line. On top of that, both CO2 and HPA tanks can be ran through the hpa line without the need of a regulator. This is because the Tippman m4 has a unique built in regulator brought over from their paintball gun regulator design. Converting over to the airline setup allows you to convert over to AEG mags, giving you wide range of magazine options and a superior amount of firepower over the C02 mags.

Product Information:
I bought this gun about 4 months ago and it has only had one problem. The recoil is great, it shoots very far, and is accurate.

Pros:
Recoil
Choice between HPA/Co2
Accuracy
doesn't feel like you are lobbing the BB's
Adjustable between 250-500 FPS
Quick Trigger
Lightweight (could be a con)
Awesome flip up sights

Cons:
Polymer rail
Stock wobbles
My trigger broke
Stock magazine doesn't feed well

Product Information:
If you're looking to get into HPA guns, this is an excellent choice. The Tippmann M4 is extremely solid, and well built, and very durable. I would recommend running it on HPA, so you can get the most out of the 98 custom internals. FPS and ROF are adjustable, and you can swap out the stock (mil spec buffer tube), and RAS any time you wish.
At this time, you'll have to stick with the A2 style pistol grip, due to the proprietary nature of the HPA routing. The knockoff Magpul MBUS sights are good quality, as with the bucking and most externals of the gun. One department which I find is lacking is the stock barrel. It's made of a cheap aluminum and the crappiest barrel I've ever seen. They might have added this to reduce cost and "encourage" you to upgrade it.
When you switch over from the CO2 puncture system to the HPA conversion, most M4 AEG midcaps and highcaps will work, With a 48 cu HPA tank you have ~1900 shots. Considering this is Tippmann's first venture into airsoft, they really seem to have done their homework and have made a reliable, accurate, durable, and well made platform that will suit either the HPA newbie or the veteran.

Overall, totally worth it. I'm never going back to AEG's or GBBR's. You don't have to deal with electronic or gearbox failures, or the complex gas internals/expensive green gas

Pros:
recoil, trigger response and reset, realism, sounds amazing with amplifier, durable, accurate, no receiver wobble, high quality, dual power options, no batteries needed, takes AEG mags

Cons:
crappy stock barrel, stuck with 1 pistol grip, a bit expensive.

Product Information:
only got to flog on a friends IN HPA FORMAT. Will definately be my Christmas gift to me....... retired army ranger this thing is far superior to the trainers we had... used it in hpa format on our back forty field and cqb area, the others didn't know I had this till I lit the wick. Sheer unadulterated raw panic. Kids and grands thought the old man had finally stripped a screw and brought out a real steel lmao...had sound chamber attached.. this weapon is phenomenal. And when I say flogged I mean I beat it like a 100 dollar hooptie at the demo derby. The real steel suppliers to Uncle Sam could learn a thing or two from tippman........ WANT WANT WANT... just one thing tippman, make it in a sig.. from real world experience I despise the m4... but I'll buy this any way.

Pros:
Real feel. Sound cycling handling spooky convincing. Breakdown is chimpanzee friendly. Go all weekend on a 3 dollar power supply. Accepted all of my mid cap and high cap mags. This thing is begging for a dual drum elect. Or sound feed. No longer need a support weapon . Last shot as good as the first shot minimal variance.

Cons:
Stock a bit finicky and wobbly, put one from my real steel armalite on problem solved. Tweaking the rof is a learning curve . Eats ammo like crazy ( oh wait that's a pro lol.). Barrel is horrendous, easy fix though. Can't say I'm fond of the hop system but cant genuinely knock it.
