Bought 2 boxes and got 3 guns in total. One of them is ARES TAR21 that cost around $340 if you buy it brand new. The spring on the TAR was loose and the gun was missing few screws. Easily fixed and the gun shoots fine. 2nd box came with 2 APS UAR V1. One was missing some parts but was fixed using the parts on the 2nd one. Gun functions fine but dont have the compatible mag to test it.
Pros:
Got my money worth, very happy with what I received.
Cons:
You dont know what you are getting, might get something thats discontinued and require rare parts
Received almost a gun and the back end of a HK CQB, having a blast with the first an Ares TAR 21, reassembled missing just a couple of screws I have spares of from other boxes and 2 pins I will make something for. The other will be stripped for parts which I enjoy having fun with them
Pros:
Fun of getting into the unknown, getting things you never would have though to even look at and even if it is parts most of the time you break even, I will have a working AEG and 50-80 dollar sin parts for my 70$ birthday gift
Cons:
You may not get anything but junk parts but hey I am ordering another for fun :)
I received a $5.00 coupon, AirsoftGI decal and a very dusty Echo1 frankenstein G36. It had the 36C outer barrel, an extension to K length and a K flash hider. It also had a full size G36 handguard, the one with the bipod.
Pros:
$5.00 coupon
decal
the other things in my order
easy fixes on the gun I received
Cons:
- selector was very stiff, could not go into auto, opened it up and the selector gears were stripped and bits of the gear teeth made it so it could not operate operationally.

Tech dream vs boneyard box
I see in the description that the items are randomly selected from the boneyard. If that is so with the guns, what separates this box from the boneyard box?

Staff Answer:
The tech dream boxes have a much better chance of having a greater value and more complete gun, whereas the boneyard boxes are random picks that typically are not functional and are missing a decent amount of parts. The Tech dream boxes are also hand picked instead of a random assortment of parts. 2072 days ago 0
