The low-profile design of this plate carrier gives the user the room to carry all his equipment without the bulk of traditional plate carriers that limit mobility. On the bottom of the rear panel is a section of Velcro for an ID placard or patches. Also, on the rear of the carrier is an emergency drag handle for pulling the user to safety. The Spec Op is adjustable from medium to extra large.

When I had purchased this vest, I wanted a vest that would be able to hold up to not only what I would put it through, but any environmental factor as well. Now, that being said, this vest is made of 1000D Cordura fabric and stiching. A quick feel of the fabric, and a tug of the MOLLE anchor points, and it is pretty obvious this is far above you average plate carrier. Now, the main reason I got this plate carrier, is because I am a small person. I am about 5'0" and 100lbs. This vest could not only fit me, but with a quick adjustment of the straps, it could fit my father and friends just fine. One thing to note, this thing is pretty "slumpy" when you first get it, so I recommend you get some kind of Plate, Dummy Plate, or in my case, cardboard to stuff it, so it will fit your body tighter.Now this plate carrier is a very good choice if you need a low-profile, easy-on, easy-off plate carrier. This vest can come of either over-the-head, or, just unbuckling the top buckles. It is easy to do, and with a few tries, you can get it on and situated in under a minute.
Pros:
Small, great for a smaller person, or just a step down from larger and more cumbersome plate carriers.

Cons:
Strap management could be better. I just tucked them in the plate pocket.
