The JP Rifle Conversion Kit is a uniquely designed rail interface system; it is free floating. However, unlike other designs the JP does not have four rails that run the entire length of the handguard, instead they have numerous rails of varying lengths that can be positioned on the handguard to the user's needs. Bulky rail covers will no longer be required to cover up rails that are not in use, there will be a smooth tube for the user's hands. In addition, each kit includes a multi-piece outer barrel that can be converted into different lengths, JP Rifles patented handguard adapter, JP tactical compensator, and a railed gas block that can be used for mounting a fron sight. This rail system is designed and built well for a great price.

Awesome kit! I installed it on my G&G GR-16A3 and it was painless. Took me about 5 minutes to install.

The only problem I had was the delta ring doesn't line up with the upper receiver when screwed on completely. The way to do it is to screw on the delta ring almost all the way. Then, screw on the inner ring until its almost tight. Finally, continue screwing the delta ring using the inner ring to tighten into place. Takes a few tries to line it up with rail on the upper receiver. Be sure to line it up perfectly especially if you plan on attaching a rail to the top,

With the longest outer barrel installed, the length is now 6" longer than the stock GR-16A3, but weighs in less. Very impressed. Looks sexy. Feels great.

I received this kit yesterday and proceeded to install on my Echo1 M-16 DMR, I did not have an easy time installing the kit as some have, as the gentleman below said there was some difficulty with the gas tube, I as well had to saw it off a few centimeters. The "spring pin" was also quite a pain to get into the gas block, I eventually had to go in with a sharp screwdriver and shave some metal off the inner hole so it would fit.

But once you finally get the kit installed it does look quite impressive! I'm very happy with it, it does seem very light, but it also feels good. Just requires a little bit of skill to install.
