ive had this vest for a few weeks now and all i can say is.... wow..... this plate carrier has enough realestate to hold all 14 of my m4 mags, an admin pouch, a utility pouch, a dump pouch and much much more one worry that i had with this plate carrier is that it would not fit me because im quite small (5,5 and weigh about 110) however when i added some cardboard plates and adjusted the cummerbund the thing fits like a glove the one problem i have is that when i crouch down the vest sort of comes up so that it makes aiming dificult

Picked this up as a 'random shocker' for $40. Amazing deal, This vest is well worth the $80 it is normally listed at. Super well built, and sturdy. Took a few minutes to realize the 'bonus open top mag pouches', were not really 'bonus open top mag pouches', but were the velcro patches to attach the cummerbund for side plates and more molle. The recoil reducing shoulder pad is incredibly well built, and quite sturdy. Now for the nitty gritty - I was not looking for an airsoft vest, but something to actually load up with plates, and keep around for that emergency situation and for live fire traning. This particular rig is designed just for that. The tag even states that "with J-tech gears, you shall have gull confidnece under all circumstances, ESPECIALLY WHENVER YOUR LIFE IS DEPENDING ON IT". it is made of quality materials, nice mesh / foam inside for breath-ability, INCREDIBLY strong velcro, and super sturdy snaps. The stitching on the vest is great. very few loose threads, and a lighter quickly remedied that.
This rig even came in its own storage bag, similar to a motorcycle helmet bag. Had no idea that was included, but it was quite a nice bonus. I have paired this with a condor open top double kangaroo pouch, a tripple single stacked open top pouch, dump pouch, and a hydro backpack.

Pros:
SUPER well built
AMAZING stitching
STURDY (even without plates)
got it as a shocker deal, for $40, amazing value.
Built for 'real world' use, not just airsoft like several other vests in this price range are.
Out of the box, it fit almost perfect. I'm 6-2 190lbs, and most vests are way too small, I only had to adjust the shoulders a tiny bit, and put the cummerbund on it.

Cons:
No instructions on how to assemble. But, Tim's video showing the vest, allowed me to figure out how it went together.

The only other con, would be that the velcro is almost too strong, which is not an issue at all, and that I needed a pair of pliers to get the snaps to buckle down, when installing the cummerbund panels. Again, not really a con, just a heads up.

Got this about 2 months ago when it was a shocker deal and got it because I was in the market for a "Plate Carrier". Knew nothing about this other than the video of Tim at the bottom of the page. Bought it and was pleasantly surprised. This is MODULAR as Tim explains, which means Helpful. I've ran this rig about 4 times with everything on it (both cummerbunds attached). I constantly thought to myself how this rig was clearly designed for someone who was much bigger then me as it put a good 5 inch gap behind of in front of me.

Just the other day though, I had the brilliant Idea of taking the cummerbunds off. Turns out without the cummerbunds it fits perfectly. It doesn't have the side space that held an extra set of mags for me, but I can make due.

One thing that gets me is the picture. Its extremely high contrast. It is a lot more....black in actuality, which is a good thing. Additionally, the cummerbunds don't stick out as much as they do in the picture.

Everything else I haven't mentioned has already been said in the video below.

Overall definitely worth your money if your looking for a great plate carrier

Pros:
Lots of molle space.
Has options for how you want to run it.
Sized from super slim to medium sized (without Cummerbunds).
Sized from medium to larger (with Cummerbunds).
Height can be doubled due to the shoulder straps are entirely Velcro.
Can Carry plates, or if your like me, your Camelback.
Velcro on chest is good for patches, and also still molle so you could use it for other pouches.
Shoulder Pads REALLY do have a lot of padding.

Cons:

Doesn't come with its own pouches.
No longer a shocker deal.
