Elite Force H&K UMP Elite AEG Airsoft SMG (Black)
[R14B00][15624 / HK-2265035 / 2265035]New to airsoft? Here are some safety tips for airsoft guns that we recommend following.
The Elite Force H&K UMP .45 Elite AEG Airsoft Gun By ARES is a top of the line sub machine guns being offered by Elite Force. The exterior of the UMP.45 features a durable polymer body with etched H&K licensed trademarks. The front of the gun features a tri rail system allowing for the installation of tactical accessories such as flashlights, lasers, and vertical grips. The top optic rail will accommodate most sights. Finally, the folding stock solidly constructed with a rubberized cheek piece and buttplate for increased shooter comfort, when the stock is folded, this gun is very compact at 18 inches in length, which is perfect for CQB fields and engagements.
The internals of the Elite Force UMP .45 Elite are equally as impressive, with the specialized ARES version 3 metal gearbox and features an electric blow back system, and a quick spring change system. The functional charging handle will reveal the adjustment wheel for the hop up unit, and can withstand the famous "HK" slap when the user is done adjusting the hop up. The trigger features a microswitch, which removes the need for a clunky fuse and also helps minimize trigger pull and reset. Overall, the ARES UMP .45 Elite is a great choice for all airsoft players looking for solid CQB set up.Specifications:

I bought my ump used and so far I love it. I have personally not seen the battery compartment issue previously spoken of. (knock on wood) Its a lot more hefty than expected but not overly heavy. the blow back piece is EXTREMELY fragile mine was broken upon arrival and that part is no where to be seen.
with all that aside..... this rifle is spot on in accuracy. I was at my local cqb field today and was threading needles with this gun. My accurate rifle I own, and its stock. it will take a 9.6v stick not sure on what lipo size.
the selector could be a bit tighter but the way it is designed its not the gearbox that clicks into place which is part of the mushiness. still loads ahead of my G36C selector.
no body movement but be careful with the charging handle, previous owner of mine broke the holder part.
Pros:
accuracy out of the box is absolutely amazing
body is well built (battery door withstanding)
rails are metal and included.
QD spring.
Blowback if you like it simple to disengage if not.
Cons:
battery space for some
mags aren't the cheapest nor are mag pouches.
some pieces are very fragile.
nonthreaded barrel for suppressors (still a sexy rifle)
If on the fence with the competition do what all the reviews on youtube are saying and wait for this. like any rifle it has its growing pains but it will not let you down.
Awesome! This thing is solid front to back! You hear little to no motor whine like you do in cheaper guns, just a quick crisp thump thump thump for each bb fired, and the realistic sound of the bolt slamming forward with each cycle along with a slight recoil. Very realistic feel and function. If you like loud like I do then you will like this gun even more. It's about as loud as a gas gun. I see negative comments here about the battery door & pin. They are either untrue or the problem has been addressed by the manufacturer because the battery door and pin are very stout just like the rest of the gun. I experienced no problems and actually fail to see how it's even possible given the excellent design. Battery door is held in place with a large pin which also holds the lower receiver to the upper receiver. This is not going to come loose inadvertently. This gun is very accurate with little to no fliers. Easy hop-up adjust. I love the new robust hop-up dial design found on this gun as well. If you are looking to get away from the M4 platform that everybody and their uncle are using then be different and roll with this UMP. You won't be sorry you did because this can be used in both CQB and outdoor fields due to its accuracy and range. If you want higher FPS and even more range for sniping then you will also like the quick spring change design so you don't have to tear apart the whole gearbox just to change the spring. Just slide it out the back and replace with spring of your choice. I use a 9.6v NiMH stick battery which is what is recommended by manufacturer. It's all you need for a quick crisp trigger response. Orange tip is threaded on and removable with a heat gun to melt the glue. A 13+ to 14- adaptor can be installed which will allow you to attach almost anything to the barrel. Or you can also use a 16+ to 14- adaptor and thread it on directly over the orange tip. Just apply about 15 wraps of teflon tape over the tip before threading on adaptor. That's probably a better option so you don't void the warranty.
Pros:
Quality stout build internally and externally.
No annoying motor whine so common in cheaper guns.
Hobby grade.
Accurate.
Priced right.
Cons:
None
Right out of the box this is a great gun both fps and accuracy. The only issues I had with it were that it didnt have very good range but that could be the hop up. Another problem was that I took a mag out after using it for a couple of hours and the mag release fell off.
Pros:
Great accuracy
Realistic weight
You can look down the sights with a mask on
Cons:
I cant think of any other than the range

Yes, with a 13mmCW to 14mmCCW barrel adapter. With that u can fit most any barrel attachment which has 14CCW threads, which is most brands.

is there anyway to disable the blow back function of this aeg
The Ebb function is cool but I hear it can wear out your gearbox and drain your battery? Is there abyway to disable this function?

Yes you can but EBB is not going to wear out this gearbox. For one its low drag. Two, its an Ares built system. A performance gain, if any, would be miniscule and in my opinion not worth the tradeoff for the realistic look and sound of a cycling bolt.
