(Discontinued) G&G Full Metal G-MK16 CQC Airsoft Rifle (Tan)[03988 / EGS-CQC-DST]
The G&G Full Metal G-MK16 CQC is one of the most flexible AEG on the market and has a wide range of features that set it apart. The lower receiver is similar in dimensions to the M4/M16 and is constructed from heavy duty polymers; the magazine release, selector lever, bolt release are in the same position and there is a M16A2 style pistol grip. Although it is designed to feel and have many of the same controls as the M4/M16 series it improves upon them in many ways. The upper receiver, for example, is now one piece and has an uninterrupted picatinny rail on the top of the receiver, effectively doing away with the delta ring. G&G included two removable side rails and a removable bottom rail that can be used for mounting flashlights like the GP6 combat light or numerous other accessories. Like many other G&G AEG the G-MK16 has a functional bolt release/stop that allows the user to adjust the hop-up without holding back the charging handle. The butt stock is side folding retractable with six positions and an adjustable cheek rest. When folded the stock locks onto the shell deflector but does not get in the way of the ejection port/hop-up or the trigger. The sights fold down out of the way for clear vision through an optic system, such as the G&P Aimpoint replica. As an added bonus G&G has included a bag of bbs, an instructional DVD, and a bipod vertical foregrip. With all these features and a price of only $380 dollars the G&G G-MK16 CQC is hard to beat.

This is my first airsoft gun so I won't pretend to know everything, but I do know that this gun is well worth the money. The only parts on this gun that aren't metal are the stock and grip/magwell. Very solid gun! No rattles whatsoever. Comes with a metal high cap mag, unjamming rod, manual, cd, and bi-pod foregrip. Color is great, not like the other cheap, tan-look guns. The front sight is a little more difficult than the rear to flip down but still a breeze. Stock is super easy to disassemble for putting in your battery. It also has a working charging handle to expose the hop-up, but the catch thats supposed to hold it back doesn't really function, so you need to just physically hold the charging handle back while adjusting the hop-up. The only negative I've had so far(I've only had it for a couple days) is the bi-pod foregrip is cheap. Mine already busted. There is a button on the front of the foregrip you push for the bi-pod to spring out the bottom. There is a little pin running in between the bi-pod legs that came out of mine. The foregrip itself is very sturdy on the gun, no wobble, and its also made of nylon fiber so its very well constructed. Shoots very straight and accurate right out of the box. AirsoftGi tested it at 300fps with .20's but I'm using .25's. Also, if anyone is wondering, VN style mags for the m16 do work in this gun!
I wanted quality and this SCAR delivered!
Solid, almost all metal
Great weight, balance
Great tan color(authentic)
Easy to put in and remove battery
Cheap bi-pod foregrip(although foregrip is great minus the bi-pod)
Charging handle sounds kind of hollow when you let it go. (probably won't bug most people)
Charging handle catch doesn't always work...watch your fingers!
This SCAR is the SCAR from hell its broke 3 times and I've never messed around with it drop it or anything but it was good when it wasnt broken the magazine it came was also a lemon.
ambidexrious selector switch
good for cqb
has 4 rails to put things on
3 position cheek rest
6 position stock
and the bolt catch works okay it'll let the bolt go from sudden shake though
light weight in my opinion
and if anyone cares it works with the star m4 pmags to
its broke 3 times on me and I hardly abuse it anyway
Im extremely pissed about it to
