- Hop up bucking
- Piston teeth
- Gears
- Motor and pinion gear
- Electrical contacts and wires
- Relube the internal
- Reshim the gears(if needed)
- Clean the inner barrel and clean the gearbox.

- There will be a $40 service charge for request to cancel any upgrades, tune ups and/or repairs where the Technician has already begun work. Meaning the Technician has already performed dis-assembly and/or accessed the gearbox of the airsoft gun. No exceptions.

I think it's time to remove the "except Tokyo Marui PSG-1" as that does not do the tech justice.
Airsoft GI tech was able to accomplish upgrading and tuning up a PSG-1 of almost every internal piece you could imagine.
- PDI Chamber Block
- Full Bore Up Kit for PSG-1
- Spring
- Tappet, Stopper Rail, Replacement Gears, steel bushings, etc
- Hop-up to flat hop
We all know the PSG-1 is a special beast and an off timing gear, even by 1 tooth, will ruin the gun. Didn't seem like an issue for the techs in Airsoft GI.
Bring in all those super rare parts, good luck finding any, you can find for this beast and the techs here will definitely rise to the challenge.
This was definitely a long journey that the techs and I took of 2 months as I searched for parts to output a heavily modded PSG-1 out the door and they modded the gun. I believe the techs at Airsoft GI should be proud of it as their job was exceptional.
Now when I get my hands on steel gears I will definitely be back to re-mod this beauty to take a spring bringing it up to 500 fps.
Top of the line service for the price is all I can say.
*****Of course if a piece breaks its on you to find another one to replace it!
Pros:
- Worked on probably one of the hardest if not the actual hardest, rare version 4, gearbox ever made
- Gun shoots and cycles the EBB and pre-cocking feature like butter (better than when it was new)
- Willing to mod the PSG-1 body to custom fit the PDI Chamber Block
- $45 bucks to tune a PSG-1? I can guarantee this gun took longer to upgrade than a standard M4, as this isn't your typical day in job. Hella cheap for such a custom job if you ask me and the best service.

- Finding a part if a gear breaks... Thanks Sector Gear I always thought the ARL was the issue and here the sector gear broke but was replaced thankfully due to luck online.

Going to give a big rep out to Jason who took care of my Tokyo Marui Sopmod Next Gen. as he owns many and is, in my opinion, the Sam (Kingdom of Airsoft UK) who is hailed as one of the best TM NGRS techs in UK. Jason was also willing to install and research a Japanese only Mosfet (DTM Big out) as the BTC was very hard to get and installed it perfectly with a manual on how to program it. Everything that could possibly be upgraded internally in the TM NGRS was tossed in and tested and installed to perfection. If you want a list of all the parts put in he probably still remembers.
My only wish is the store would stock on TM parts instead of having to go to UK to look for parts or Asia and waiting 2 weeks or so for the parts to come in due to customs and such.
If you have a TM NGRS stock or upgraded and would like to have it tuned and maintained I highly suggest you ask for Jason to have it done and fixed and make sure to ask him to show you his TM HK417, if you know the worth and how hard it would be to get one...

I bought this 60$ repair and maintain kit.
For my Masada.
I had no idea what was going on with the gun. It started to jam very frequently and worse it started making a very loud gear grinding sound. Then later the gears or something just stopped working entirely. Well me not knowing anything about airsoft guns or how to fix them said. "Well Airsoft GI has some neat packages" took a look at them and thought this was the best one for me.
Pros:
If your a noob at tune-up. Differently let a pro handle it.
Fairly cheap $60 for maintenance
The work was excellent I even had them add a motor with 100 more FPS than the stock motor had. As well as a spring upgrade (not for free)
The gun fires better than ever and has not broke since I got it back a few months ago.
Jams a lot less now!
Easy to talk to service. Let me know what was wrong and what they were going to replace
Cons:
I waited around 2 months before I saw my gun when I shipped it
I had to pay for shipping to Cali and back to my house. That was not cheap.
In the end I give this a 4/5 since the care they treated my gun and the work they did was great. But the shipping and time it took for it for me to finally see the gun was making me very anxious. If you have someone local who can do work on Airsoft guns go to them so you wont have to have $50 of shipping. And The gun wont be away from your hands from 2 months. But if you don't have anything like that high recommend Airsoft GI for your service and maintenance

Do you have a repair service for gas pistols?
I have an echo1 1911 and the slide has been locking up. I have tried cleaning it and lubricating it but it still hasn't been working. I also took it apart and looked at the parts but I can't see anything wrong with it.

How long would it take if brought in in person?
I have an AEG that I haven't used for awhile and was thinking about tuning it up. Right now, it's missing a metal dummy bolt where it covers up the hop-up unit as well as the wires for the battery connections are exposed. I have a krytac CRB and when I took it apart the fake bolt went forward and now I can't get it to stay back when I called your costumer service they where really helpful and tried to walk me through it but I couldn't do it, so my question is if I sent my gun in and ordered upgrade parts ( specifically a miracle barrel and a suppressor) would you keep them and install them under the same charge or would I have to wait till i received them and then send everything in together?

can you fix a dboy's AK74
I have a dboy's AK74 and one day while I was at my local field the gun suddenly stoped shooting and whenever I pulled the trigger nothing would happen no noise no shot nothing so when I got home and I tried to fire it again when I pulled the trigger a loud buzzing noise came from the gun it sounds like the motor is not connecting with any of the gears in the gear box if I send this gun in can you replace anything wrong with it like the gears ?

GBBR and CO2 Pistol
I have a GBBR that "Dragon Fires" or loses all or most of its gas after shooting about 6(ish) BB's, as well as missing a couple of parts (Fire selector, Back shoulder rest, maybe something with the tip, and maybe something with the internals, i'm not sure exactly), and I have a CO2 pistol that lost a spring that pushed the trigger forward, as well as the slide is catching up and not allowing it to shoot and probably something with the CO2 releasing. (Their like 3 - 4 year old guns and have seen a lot of use) The GBBR is a CM16 and the Pistol is a M1911... Understandable if you can't fix it.

Magpul PDR-C
I have a stripped piston. I opened up the gear box to make sure that I knew what the problem was but I found that I had two parts that I could figure out how to get back in the gun. If I send this to you can you get the piston fixed and also get those two parts back in the gun?

the process/ burst wizard mosfet
I am going to send my g&g gr 15 raider in this weekend to have it upgraded to 22 rps, while being very reliable. But i do not know how to the techs the work i want done (i do not know what to install so i would like to know if i can tell them if they can customize my gun to be 22 rps). Also how do i send it in? i do not what the process is (do i send it in and tell the techs what i would like done with my gun, or email)? Lastly, since the burst wizard super 2 king kong mosfet is a plug and play design will i need the extra labor? the extra labor is for installation of mosfet (but i do not really think that it needs "installation ;) )

maintenance
I was looking to up the rof on my g&g gr 15 raider and to like 20 rps and i already know that they can make the gun at that rps with great reliability. BUT i need to know if maintenance other than cleaning the barrel will be required (lubing internal, or anything else that requires me to really open up my gun and take stuff out) i dont want to risk breaking my gun but at the same time i need this upgrade.

My gun needs a tune up. I want a weaker spring that I purchased inside and was wondering before I call if I package the spring with the product, will you install it with the flat charge of $45 or will it cost an additional $20 just to swap springs when reassembling? Also, if I buy upgrades with the service, will they be kept at the store for me or will I have to request them while my gun is being worked on?

is it possible for you guys to create an after market set up that will boost a completely stock g&g gr15 raider pneumatic blow back to 20 rps reliably? i asked another question and i got a nice answer (not sarcastic) saying yes it is possible to do this but if i were to buy the parts is it possible you could kind of create a gearbox using parts that work well together to get me at 20-22 rps reliably? sorry i ask a lot of questions! just want to make a good choice!

Can you repair a gun with poorly installed upgrades?

I was wondering if it is possible to upgrade my g&g gr15 (stock everything) to anywhere from 18-22 bps and work reliably so i do not need new parts every couple months. I have tried contacting you guys via email but i just get answers like "we charge 45 dollars for tune up and shimming and installations" but what i want to know is if you guys can recommend me to a good kit to upgrade my gun to 18+ bps reliably. would you install an ASCU gen 3 in my A&K masada?
I tried installing the ASCU gen 3 for version 2 gearbox in my A&K masada. I also have a speed trigger that I want to intall as well, and I need it wired to the front. I'm having major issues doing it myself and when I finally have gotten it together, it wont fire and I dont know why. I'm just sick of trying to make it work so I would like someone who knows what they're doing to install it and make it work for me. Thanks!

Dune Knight Custom G4-A1 Carbine wiring problem
I got the gun about 2 weeks ago and left the battery in overnight on the first night I had it (which I know you're not supposed to do). My friend did the same thing the first night he had his l86 and the battery melted and was smoking, mine just got extremely hot, but did not melt. Could it be the same issue?

Can you fix the firing of this gun?
I have had this gun for at least 6 years, and it stopped working right on the first week I had it. I never had it fixed because I never had any interest to. Does it matter how old it is? It's the first model of the Echo 1 G36C. It would be awesome to have it traded in if the gun can't be fixed. The problems are that is stopped firing bbs. The wires are cut inside (my fault). And the charging handle get's stuck. Is that all repairable?
