I just had to send this email to let you know of my experience at your Black Friday sale and raffle. This event was I think by far the most well run event like this I have ever been to. For how many customers were there and how hard your employees worked, I never once heard them complain, they always had a smile on their face (even if it was a tired smile), and they all seemed eager to help. More than once, while I was waiting around for the raffle, I had employees make sure I was being helped. Your company has a great set of employees and I do not see that too often these days, especially this time of year. Your raffle was well run, and even though we teased Chris about the numbers he was calling, it went smoothly and was professional. I fully enjoyed my time I spent there on Friday and Saturday and I look forward to your next event. I cant remember everyone's name but the ones I do remember...Tim, Chris, Josh, Justin, Albert, Andrew, and the guys in the bone yard....you all made a long day of waiting fun and I want to thank you all for a great time (even though we didnt win a gun!!! ;) ).
