Any person who changes, alters, removes, or obliterates any coloration or markings that are required for by any applicable state or federal law or regulation, for any imitation firearm (replica firearm) or device in any way that makes the imitation firearm (replica firearm) or device look more like a firearm is guilty of violating state or federal law.
All unauthorized trademarks MUST BE permanently removed. This means that all trademarks are unrecoverable. We will not do modifications so please do not ask us.
All orders usually require 1-4 working days to process for in-stock items regardless of shipment method chosen. Please be aware that due to wildly fluctuating supply and frequent import clearance delays, out of stock items may take longer.
Airsoft GI will ship all items with UPS ground service unless otherwise noted. Notifications will be issued via comments on your order. You can contact sales@airsoftgi.com to request alternative methods of shipping. For our customers in Hawaii and Alaska, please email us at sales@airsoftgi.com for a shipping quote.
Airsoft GI normally ships out orders within 48 hours to 72 hours (excluding weekends or holidays) after we receive the order, unless the item is marked unavailable or out of stock. We will notify you via email within 24 business hours if we have a problem or problems with your order.
Airsoft GI will only ship purchased items to your billing address. If you wish to have your order sent to a different address, please contact us with your order ID and telephone number via email and request a shipping address change. If you do not contact us before we process your order, the items purchased will be shipped to your billing address. This is necessary to combat increasing credit card fraud from online orders.

We will not ship airsoft replica related orders to states (New York City, Washington D.C., some New Jersey towns) or countries that have airsoft bans in place. If you wish to order an item that is not listed on our website or if you are experiencing shopping cart problems, please email us at sales@airsoftgi.com with your itemized order for a quote total.
Customers will be responsible for applicable taxes. Only CA residents must pay a state sales tax of 8.25%.
If you pay by PayPal e-check, we will not ship out the order until after the check is cleared. Personal checks will not be accepted. We will not take phone orders. If you would like to pay by money order, please select money order as your payment option and mail the money order to: Airsoft GI

- Airsoft Elite AEG warranty service will be handled by Airsoft Elite.
- ICS AEG warranty service will be handled by Airsoft SD.
- UTG AEGs are not covered with any sort of usage warranty. UTG AEGs are only covered for damage on arrival or factory defects determined by UTG (Problems must be reported within 24 hours upon receipt of package).
- There are no warranties, explicit or implied, provided for accessories.
- Returns are not available unless Airsoft GI (GI Toys) has pre-authorized the return under extreme situations.
- All guns upgraded by Airsoft GI will carry a 15-day warranty. *Warranty is limited for 15 Days. Removal of orange tip and/or using faulty bbs (I.E. low cost bbs, colorful bbs, non Airsoft GI issued bbs) will void warranty.
- Returned items must be in ORIGINAL condition with all original packaging and manuals.
- BB’s, upgrade parts, UPGRADED GUNS, and accessories are not returnable.
- There will be a 15% restocking fee for returns, and shipping charges are not refunded.
- Cost of sending product(s) back to us is not covered in our warranty and return policy.
- You must email sales@airsoftgi.com for all warranty and return claims before you ship any item back.
- Please do not ship back the inventory without prior authorization from Airsoft GI.
- Non-authorized return or warranty claims will not be processed.
