Alright so there is alot of positive things to say about this gun as well as a few negative.
First off I will start with what you see when you first crack open the box. The gun is snugly seated in plastic. There is extra black metal flash hider included for those that wish to swap it out with the orange one. A G&G product catalogue is included. A detailed manual is included with full color photos and detailed image of all the parts in the gun. The box also includes a bag of 1000 high quality G&G .2g bbs and a cleaning rod. I bought the battery and charger package, so mine included those items as well.
Now for the great things about the gun. For a plastic gun this thing is incredibly solid and sturdy. The only bit of wobble I found whatsoever came from the mag, which to me is a non issue because I never place my hands there. Another thing that amazed me was that this was THE MOST accurate gun out of the box that I've ever owned. The hop up didn't need any adjusting and I was landing my shots from a pretty decent range as soon as I first fired. The gun is also very lightweight which could be a pro or a con depending if you go for authenticity or not. I carry enough gear that if I can drop a few lbs. of weight in my loadout I'm happy.
Now there are some other questionable issues with this gun to say the least. My biggest concern is that this gun, WHEN SOLD ALONE is listed with an fps range of 315-330 I believe. While the SAME gun with the battery and charger (the one I bought) is listed at 350-370 fps. While this is an error on my part for not checking more closely on the product details of the packaged gun, I do find it puzzling that G&G would manufacter the exact same gun with a heavier spring just because a battery and charger is included. Normally this issue would not matter to me however I purchased this gun for a cqb field with a field limit of 350fps and mine shipped shooting 370+/-5 fps. The shoulder pad is kind of a pain to get off to access your battery at first but the more you do it the easier it gets. I guess the plastic is just very stiff out of the box. I found the rate of fire to be somewhat lacking even with a 9.6v. This isn't a huge issue because again I bought the gun for cqb and I will be using mainly semi auto. Last problem I found was that the orange flash hider was overly difficult to remove. It is held in with both glue and a set pin that can only be removed from the inside of the flash hider. So you either have to use a drill or similar tool to remove the pin before you can begin to loosen the flash hider itself, or what I did was heat the flash hider enough to where it began to melt and slowly remove it piece by piece with pliers.
The cons aside I think this is a great gun for the price and would definately reccommend it to anyone looking for a quality aeg without breaking the bank.
