Ok first off: FIRST REVIEW! not important but cool. anyway, this gun uses the UTG MK96 as a base, and it is made of a strudy plastic. Not as good as G&G's, but good. assembly is really easy, and it has a nice rail system, no sharp edges. The bipod is good, no problems so far. Now to performance, because this differs from the MK96. Im currently using .3 gram Madbull BBs sold here at Airsoft GI. Even with this weight, i can still barely see the BB fly. Bolt is suprisingly easy to pull for such a strong spring. The tightbore barrel provides great accuracy, and range is farther than i can see the bb fly. the gun is not too loud, but dry firing is, so make sure you count your shots to not make accidental noise and then attract enemies. I am using a NC Star 3-9x40, not rubberized, and no illuminated crosshairs, and it works well with this gun. as for price, dont be set back by paying an extra 100 dollars from the MK96. the tighbore is 50, plus 40 for a good spring, plus 30-60 for a spring guide, and the sear set is custom made to this gun, to get it yourself would mean measurments plus installation and 100 dollars plus for the sear set itself because its custom and heat treated. thats at minimum getting 220 dollars woth of stuff for only an extra 100 dollars.
tightbore barrel= great accuracy plus range plus fps
good material, bolt assembly and barrel all metal
upgraded spring guide
none!! i definitely recomend. only ive heard from MK96 users the included sling is not too great, seems fine to me, but if you dont want to risk the gun, dont use it.
