Well I got this gun on August 13th, and i was stoked when i took it home. I got it instead of a KWA M4 RIS. The weight of it was very nice (roughly 8-9 pounds with mag and battery). It fired GREAT and the hop-up is definitely CA's step in the right direction. Sadly, after about 3 days, the body pins, forward assist, dust cover, flash hider, and rail screws started to rust for NO reason. The gun did NOT get wet AT ALL. Then about 2 weeks ago, the rear sight lock button broke into 4 pieces from NOTHING AT ALL. I pushed in the lock and the whole sight just fell apart! Also, the metal body of the gun is of the quality of JG or Echo 1. Really crappy metal body that gets dents like no other. But like all classic army guns; you pay for the name, not the game. The barrel of the gun comes loose from the hop-up chamber easily when disassembling the gun. When i went to unscrew the flash hider, the alan screw just got stripped out of no where! No applied force at all. So now i have to buy a $60 CA one-touch to cover up the rusty flash hider, and i have to by all new body pins for it... bottom line, DON'T buy this gun. get a KWA! They are superb in quality over CA and the body is VERY nice. I will NEVER buy a CA again after owning this gun. Aaaaaaaand, the gun i got only had a ROF of 700 with a 9.6v...
Overall high quality internals
Decent FPS (it actually has about 340-350)
Good amount of kick because of the blowback
Good gun for someone who has never held a decent quality airsoft gun before
CHEAP metal body
RIS is that of an extremely crappy metal
CRAP body accessories
Only allows for 1 sling mount
Overall crappy everything externally
In my opinion, I would have only paid $150-200 for this walking disaster that classic army calls a gun.
